Cranial Restructuring / Re: Self NCR
« on: March 03, 2014, 07:55:26 am »
Hello I noticed you logged onto this site and you have been interested in self NCR for a while. I have begun self NCR myself. I was wondering if you have started doing it yourself and if so whether you have achieved any results or not.

thanks

Cranial Restructuring / Re: Attempted self NCR for the first time

Ok just had another go, but did things slightly differently. This time I pinched the nose bridge area a bit more to force most of the expansion towards the end of the balloon rather than evenly distributed. This time I got a sensation closer to my throat and heard a clicking sound, which prompted me to open the valve.

I guess at this stage I should wait till tomorrow before repeating it?

Thanks

Cranial Restructuring / Attempted self NCR for the first time
« on: February 21, 2014, 06:24:31 am »
So the stuff I ordered finally arrived and I had a chance to attempt to perform self NCR. My face is smaller on the left side, so I begun by trying it through my left nostril. I used a Q-tip to push a balloon quite far in, and started to pump slowly and carefully. The balloon became quite inflated, and there was a lot of pressure around my nosebridge. However, I don't think that is what I should be experiencing, rather I should be getting something further down at the back of my throat? I actually went on to try the right side, and somehow the sensation was noticably different (I only attempted this side once due to the nature of my asymmetry) and probably more like what I should experience.

So should the nosebridge feel under a lot of stress? Is this OK and do I simply need to keep pumping to get the throaty sensation? Also, I was doing a lot of experimenting, so probably attempted the process around 10 times - is there any danger in carrying out the procedure in quick succession, especially considering I do not feel like I experienced the 'correct' sensation.

thanks

Hi,

I've ordered the equipment to perform NCR on myself. It seems to me the biggest danger is choking on the balloon. If I understand correctly, the inflation process should only last a couple of seconds and I should be holding my breath throughout. Realistically, what are the chances of choking on the balloon?

Thanks
