Break the Matrix

There is another thread on here where the site's administrator explains why he no longer teaches the self-performed technique. Due to liability issues, it's safe protect oneself incase of potential accidents. Sadly, I wish there were how-to examples for doing this, as I need it done myself also. But, lacking in funds I would have to wait years in able to see an actual practitioner. Hopefully, someone will come along providing an example. It would help tremendously. Until then, stay optimistic in the face of uncertainty!
