Break the Matrix

Same here... am extremely interested in it as well. I have bought the book from Ben but still unsure of what to how to assemble the parts together... Another thing I am interested in is knowing where I get the retainer so I can go ahead with the face pulling 

I am a severe TMD sufferering and have spend 10s of thousands of dollars on treatments. Recently I have stumbled upon neuromuscular dentistry but that doesn't seem to be of much help... NCR and face pulling seems to be a new array of hope for me reading all these almost miraculous success stories... Any help please please please would be greatly appreciated
