Yeah I can agree but for example nordics have often good maxillas and longer faces. I live in Croatia and since that is south I have to admitt I see many retruded maxilla but  with nice chins and face. For example model Sean Opry has it.

 Hello all! ;)  I have crowns for my front upper teeth. I am scared If they will move and break with facepulling. Any ideas guys how to do facepulling with it? In my country there is no orthotropist, I wanna make it on my own. Wish to widen palate too. Hope for some advice. :)

Hi, yes it is.  Since there are many phenotypes among races, some have more narrow features, some more broad. Long face with good placed maxilla and cheekbones is beautiful, often nice models have it. It is very often among noridcs and mediterraneans.  You are lucky to have good placed maxilla, should love your face!!! ;)

Hi ppl! I want to try facepulling but I have dental crowns of upper infront teeth. Is there anyway not to break dental crowns by pulling? I really wanna try this method. Good idea with mouthgourd.   :)
