what MJON said, changes will revert only if you don't fix the root problem first.

alternating sides, with 2+ layers of finger cots.

That would be interesting!

Or maybe he made a great move

Who knows... after three months he can come again and say "after fixing my mistake, Maxilla method saved my life, totally worth those 10k$."

I don't have anything against him; I'm very grateful for what he has done. He did help a lot of people who are taking a lot more care of themselves. He was very brave in taking reins on the issue putting himself to the hard work of research and experimentation to deliver information that is worth gold.

But that neymarjr situation gives a lot to think

in any case, that is none of my business so I don't even know why I'm giving my word, lol

They're coming out naturally, but some time ago my ortho told me that I might not have space for all of them

Anyways, I don't feel any pain or pressure because of them, but I admit that they look a little bit impacted in the x-rays. He said that they would be ok if I get enough expansion

Maybe he just wants to rip me off who knows

Yea some people doesn't develop wisdom teeth. I think that I was lucky because my dad doesn't have wisdom teeth nor my brothers

Yes, I have, and I hope to keep them! :) They're not fully erupted yet because of a genetic dental abnormality but they're slowly moving their way

Same here, my right side is taking some space from the left, and it looks out of the center

After some expansion, a gap will open between them to fit properly

I also have a bad side and a good side

and the good side has a way more wider arch. I doubt that when my bad side gets to be as wide the other will melt for some reason

I dont know about yours, but it's probably the same

If you had 4 premolars extracted you need to undergo the same procedure as CP did

Expanding only the upper arch alone won't work

Your palate will only expand in the transverse plane; it will not move forward or backward

How can it worsen your facial features? You will only get a bit broader face over time and a more balanced head

Yep! I'm on the same road

However, I will wait until next year to start my facepulling journey. I need to expand my palate first and save money to have some things designed

I tell you this because there is not a facepulling device already designed to fit our needs so we have to throw money to have a custom design that meets our expectations

The lower arch doesn't need to be the same size as the upper, but in some cases you need to expand the lower as well depending on their difference

The facebow looks like a torture device; I'm not familiar with that, but it seems to be highly uncomfortable

I'm against using devices overnight, I think that spoiling your sleep day after day is one of the worst things you could do to yourself

My routine was 1 hour of facepulling every night and a little bit of jaw exercises

However, I think that the most important thing that I did was placing my jaw where it belongs. I used to move it forward to compensate my overbite, so I just fixed that

Yea that thought ran through my mind at some point

But figuring how to hang me upside down was too much work so I decided to keep standing
