Greetings to you all.  Saw a link from the DI site and since I am overwhelmingly in love with natural health, ways of healing and being the best I can be I thought to have a look in.  I am from the UK, where they skies are grey ... almost rhymes. 

Off to work now so will return and hopefully have some healthy interaction ;D
