it's not about the materials because I can get all of em easily, but how would I know if I'm doing right or not? I've read many people's experiences in which some were successful but most of em weren't and also they were about to get themselves killed. Hi everyone here, I hope you all are doing fine, I'm from India and I have very asymmetrical face, my right face is higher than my left face and also I've noticed that my right side maxillary teeth are bit higher than my left side which obviously makes sense that if I do more face pulling on my left side then it may bring my lower side higher and can get to an alignment in same level in both right and left side . but I'm worried that only face pulling can be effective or not? I've read people's posts and they have done both self NCR and face pulling together for making face symmetrical but since there is no NCR expert in India I've no clue how to get this treatment done and also I can't find anyone who does self NCR, so face pulling is the only option I got now.
I've no braces but my ortho gave me a retainer to wear so with that retainer I can probably do the face pulling and also I'm using cricket helmet and not hockey which plato used, so I really wanna try this technique out but I'm still scared for a  reason that will it work? or ncr is necessary to make it work?

and that doc told I won't need for endo nasal balloon treatment, I don't have any idea how he's gonna make my face symmetrical even after paying thousands of bucks each time

guys and gals, I'm looking for a self NCR treatment, but I have no idea how to do it, so please help me friends.
I'm from India and there's only 1 NCR expert here who lives in Kerala & sad not in my city Mumbai,  I've met the expert when he visited to Mumbai and he said to do the complete treatment I'll have to shift Kerala for 4-6 weeks and 20-40 sessions, plus hotel charges and NCR treatment fees all including will be too expensive and I'm a student  my father is retired so it is really hard for me to manage, so can I get any ideas about self NCR treatment ? ncr doctor said I won't need for nasal balloon treatment.

so what changes did you find on your face and is it worth it ? because I'm planning to have this NCR treatment next year only if it works, I would have start my treatment from now on but due to money problem I'll have to manage it till next year for my 6 weeks and 40 sessions treatment, it is expensive too. I've had 1 NCR treatment just to see what will be the difference on my face but I didn't find any change in 1 time. doctor says that he'll guarantee that my face will become symmetrical and headache free after completing whole treatment. but I'm not sure if it will work.While in treatment he just had some massage on my nose, head, temples and neck. he said I won't need for nasal balloon therapy. but still I wanna make sure that IS NCR TREATMENT WORTH IT ? OR AM I WASTING MY MONEY AND TIME BEHIND THIS ?
I'm from India and the doctor or should I say NCR expert who's treating me is only one expert in Asia and he live in another state and comes once in a year in my state for the treatment and he said if I want NCR treatment I'll specially have to go in his clinic where is out of state and the charges will be high because I'll have to live in a hotel for 6 weeks and + treatment charges which is very much expensive as a student for me and my father is retired so I don't wanna put more stress on him. so please help me with my question thanks in advance
