Hello,

A few months ago I tried face-pulling on my own. I've allways had a pretty asymmetrical face and I hoped this would help me fix it a little. I also have narrow shoulders, a thin neck and a jaw that could be bigger. The thing is.. I tried it only a few times and now I'm stuck with a worse problem. I've got chronic pain in the right side of my face. My temple hurts and tingles. I also hear more cracking sounds in the right side of my face then the left. It's not TMJ. My joints look good. My dentist said that it could be my wisdom tooth as the one in the lower side of my jaw is horizontal. I'm not so sure though because the jaw surgeon said it probably isn't the cause of my headache. What should I do? I also have one big floater in my right eye. Please help.. This is one of the many posts I made, but nobody give me a reaction.

Cranial Restructuring / chronic headache after face-pulling

Hello,

I did face-pulling only a few times and ever since I did it I have annoying pains on the right side of my head. I feel a constant pressure and sometimes when swallowing my head makes crunching sounds. Could anybody please tell me what's wrong?

Cranial Restructuring / Re: My NCR photo testimonial

Hello bstratt25,
First off all I think your face has really changed a lot and I wouldn't think it would be possible to get such results by doing NCR. I do have a few questions though: How did NCR grow your ribcage? I myself have a very small ribcage and neck compared to my lower body, but I don't see how NCR could fix this. Also, I've been doing face pulling because of my small shoulders, neck pain and assymetrical face but it backfired on me. Maybe I've been doing it too rough or not straight enough or something, but ever since doing it (like a year ago) I've been having TMJ like symptoms on one side of my face. I stopped after only 2 weeks of doing it but I still feel the pain now. For some weird reason it's worse now than it was a few months ago, but before face-pulling I never felt pain in my jaw at all. Do you know if there is a way to fix it and have you ever heard this happen before?

Cranial Restructuring / How to fix TMJ now?
« on: November 04, 2014, 04:08:29 am »
Hello,

About a year ago I found out about face-pulling and I read how I could do it on my own by creating a device out of a mouthpiece attached to strings. The reason I wanted to do this in the first place is because my face is assymetrical, my head is small, my bone structure doesn't look healthy and I've got back/neckpain for no reason at all. I allways knew my nose is crooked but once I started to look at my face more detailed I found out that it's not just my jaw that's crooked, but my jaw/face is just very assymetrical overall. I also tried it because I wanted a bigger jaw and I read somewhere (I did find it hard to believe but I was desperate enough to find out) that face pulling/NCR could make my ribcage/shoulders bigger to support the weight of my head. Since puberty I've allways had a pretty small head especially for my height and my ribcage seems way too small for my hips (especially as a male). The thing is.. after trying the face-pulling I'm not better off. I stopped after only two weeks or so because I started to get TMJ symptoms BECAUSE of the excersise. What should I do now? I've got one-sided headaches and jaw tension everyday now.
