The problem with Plato's facepulling idea is that it touches the teeth, this will tip them more than move the bone. How do I make one that pulls the palate without touching teeth?

You can get one by paying an orthodontist to make one, but I'm trying to make one because I can't convince my orthodontist to do it for me because my teeth are perfect and my face is average, he would only do it if I had a clear deformity.

If it actually changes your bones, what would the side effects be? It must change your bite, molding your bones doesn't sound safe.

Can someone who's done it pass down the info?

My main questions are simple, as most of it is explained in fragments on here. Is there a technique for putting the cots up your nose? How far back should the cots go into the nose, or are you aiming for something? How do you inflate the cots? I've seen specialists do it in 2 seconds and others say that's too fast for self-NCR and could cause damage.

I'd appreciate it.
