Awesome! Thanks for that pointer. I'm starting to see really good but subtle results these past few days. I push against my back molars for a count to 30 throughout the day when I have spare time. I actually started trying to jut my lower jaw out and see where the teeth on my upper jaw fall on the bottom teeth. I have been tracking my progress that way. I also want to share a positive result.  One thing I have always dealt with is that I had issues with my hair not being able to frame my face perfectly so I would push all of my hair to one side of my face. Yesterday, I noticed that my face looked more symmetrical. My nose in particular seemed more even. So I tried straightening my hair and putting my hair on both sides of my face and I felt that it actually looked good. So yeah it's definitely working!

Just out of curiosity..has anyone had to explain to their friends or family that they're face pulling? Or have a friend or family member notice something looks different?

The lower jaw goes where the upper jaw wants! Remember that.

Hi everyone
Ive begun doing a sightly modified version of face pulling where I pull with my hands. What I noticed with face pulling is that I am pulling out my upper jaw. I noticed that there is more space for my tongue these past few days and it is really incredible. I was wondering if anyone knew whether their mandible or lower jaw came out significantly after face pulling?
