My husband and I just finished our very first live Basic Seminar of Advanced BioStructural Correction™. (ABC™).  It was awesome and we got enough that we both can correct each other.  The meningeal releases are somewhat scary and uncomfortable for some, but the easiest to do (for me personally) is the lateral meningeal release. My usual ABC guy will supervise us for those, which will be most appreciated.

We bought this Core Curriculum Training too. We both received hands on training, and got enough where we can both adjust each other. We still have to get the adjusting instrument and a table (my ABC chiropractor has an extra one he's holding for me) and we'll be good to go.

We will be taking more and more of the basic seminars because the more we take, the more we'll absorb.  I also will need to get a Grey's Anatomy or equivalent for my husband, so he can learn more about the anatomy.  He got a little confused on some things, but I knew most of the basic anatomy, since I took it in technical school.  I also took Jane Rice's Medical Terminology, which she breaks down the words in part, and they are easy to combine and know by being taught that way.

After the seminar, I have 4 days of NCR with Hillary, and told her about some of the things we learned.

Just felt the need to comment this.

I've also got wrinkles around my mouth from expansion with an ALF. It seems to me like an normal occurence when the teeth suddenly supports the face. Seems to me like worrying about wrinkles is kind of missing the point. Ian CLEARLY has a way more balanced and attractive face. Add on the improved health and..well. Who cares about the wrinkles? I'd take wrinkles, a green face, crooked teeth for improved health any day of the week.

By the way, I didn't mean to imply that he doesn't look good. I was just wondering what the longer term effects of face-pulling might be for myself -- it's all about me really! And for some reason when I saw the nasolabial folds I thought maybe pulling the mandible has had some impact.
I honestly think he looks really great, and in no way was it a criticism or to imply that he needs to actually do or fix anything.

But also thanks for sharing those bits of info MM. I will take a look into them!
Quickly scanning the list, I take a form of liquid silica too, but I use it because it helps the body detox heavy metals.

I know you didn't mean to imply in a bad way.  I have some nasolabial folds too, but I think mine are being weighed forward due to extra buccal fat in lower cheeks close to the jawline.  On some people it kind of blends in with double chins and jowls.  I call it hamster cheeks.  lol

That's not an age thing with me, as I've always had them, even in my early twenties.  I don't want the fat pad removed, but I do want it shrunken some.  So I want to go and have some treatment with the vShape by alma lasers.  That is obstructing the 3D look and actually makes my face look even more enlongated and jawline look rounded from front view, instead of more pointed as it should be.

He looks quite dashing and ruggedly handsome to me. I am not certain what caused those nasolabial folds to appear, but on Ian, I think that they add to his comeliness. Even if his hairline has receded somewhat, I also think it contributes to his handsomeness, as well. He reminds me of a rugged movie star before Botox was made insanely popular.

I think he looks great, however a good profractional Co2 lasering can help with some of those lines by resurfacing and tightening the skin.  Some of the names of those are SmartSkin by Cyanosure, MixTo by LaseringUSA, ActiveFX and DeepFX, and Fraxel Re:pair.  Since Plato knows about these lasers (he asked for suggestions a while back, so I gave him some names and locations), he might mention them to him.  I'm still wanting to get mine done via laser, and it will be a SmartSkin, since someone close to us has that one.  I have some brow ptosis, sagging, and scarring, so I want to tighten even more.  Even though I want to so laser, my skin, overall, looks healthy for my age.  I take all the nutrition, plus I have my own professional microdermabrasion machine.

Some nutrition inside and out would help too, of course.  Here's what all I use....

1. The Health Wyze Colloidal Copper Lotion (topical use only)
http://healthwyze.org/index.php/component/content/article/256-the-health-wyze-colloidal-copper-lotion.html
* I use it sparingly, because I tend to break out.  It can also be used on the lower back, spine and joints to regenerate, and also tightening ligaments.

2. Ultra Aesthetics Alpha Lipoic Activating Serum with Coenzyme Q10 and ASCIII Complex and MSM Serum C
For moisturizing, and it has NO carcinogens in it.  I have chronic peeling lips (Chelitis) and it's the only thing that keeps them moist.  This is what it looks like... http://www.drrons.com/msm-alpha-lipoic-serums.htm
* Look for it in your local health food store, or order online.

3. G5 Organic Silica Liquid (taken internally) and G5 Organic Silica Gel (Use topically).

4.  Colloidial Minerals.  We use Tangy Tangerine now, since they replaced the B-12 with the preferred Methylcobalmin.
When we can afford it, we sometimes get the IntraMax/IntraMin from Drucker Labs.  They also use the correct bio-available methylcobalmin form of B-12.

5. TELOMERASE ENZYME/TELOMERE SUPPORT, which I just found recently.  The site says it contains the actual telomerase enzyme.

I have ALOT more anti-aging stuff on The Women Warriors site.

PS: He seems to look great I'm his other pic though & he really doesn't look half bad on the pic with the wrinkles... I really think he just needs a violet ray and some Emu oil... Maybe some Dermarolling too.. I am certain  that he'll reduce/eliminate those wrinkles in no time with the things I listed on this reply.. OR maybe he needs to do some facial exercises like Tyler is doing? He has to kind of "tone" the new muscle that he has built thought his journey....  Just speculating though. But I'm 110% sure he will dramatically reduce, if not eliminate those wrinkles.

Anyways, his "new" facial structure outweighs the wrinkles by a long shot. I don't think these therapies caused that those wrinkles to form at all. My question though is: why haven't these wrinkles been eliminated after undergoing these therapies for quite a while now? When did he start his journey?

Hmmmm I just noticed those lines too... Def. not the lighting in this case.... His hair line also looks to be receding a bit =\ My greatest fear is that once I undergo a few of these therapies my head will start to get even bigger than what it is now (it's pretty big & KIND of weird shaped) and being that the cause of baldness for the vast majority of cases is a tight scalp (Galea) increasing your headsize can possible contribute to baldness (although this is completely preventable and easy to reverse via massage) The muscles surrounding the Galea tighten up and pull on the Galea which in turn causes a blood disruption to the follicles aroun the Galea region (that's why us mem bald on the sides and back of our heads... But like I said before, if you keep the muscles surrounding the Galea loose, you will not be affected.

Anyways, I've always wondered, wouldn't therapies like these prevent most of our muscles from tightening up since our bones will be optimally realigned to their original positions? I mean, stress does always tend to cause muscle construction regardless, & some people tend to experience muscle constriction in CERTAIN muscles only when something like stress or a panick attack is induced, but maybe NCR, FP, and palate expansion can make it so that the muscle constriction experienced while undergoing things like anxiety & stress can be reduced to a minimum or possibly dissipate once you obtain optimal posture? I've also heard that NCR & FP have the potential to help eliminate stress & anxiety which to can help prevent tightness as well... What do you guys think? Sorry for my rant LOL just a bit concerned now =\

Thanks for the links Messiah.

I quickly looked at Ian's photo and maybe it is the lighting, but I was struck by the deep lines around his mouth from the corners of his nose. I wonder if all that pulling on that part of the face causes some stress?
It could also be a number of other factors as well, including simply poor lighting, but wondering if others have any thoughts about it.

Hello everyone!

Just wanted to let you all know that Ian ("patient zero") and I just got back from 8 days of training with Dr. Dean Howell in San Diego and we are both certified to practice Neuro Cranial Restructuring, which I have begun doing in New York City - with Ian practicing in both Manchester and London.

Normally Dr. Howell only trains doctors and such, but given that many of them don't comply with his methodologies or don't even practice at all, he decided to train myself and Ian to become the latest ambassadors of the technique and to provide NCR at a more affordable cost than Dr. Howell can provide.

In light of that I am charging roughly 50% of what Dr. Howell charges for a 4-day series.  I accept payment in cash, credit cards and PayPal.

If you are in New York City or are going to be in New York City and want NCR, shoot me an e-mail or call my cell phone at 917-523-4359.  If I don't pick up, leave a message and I will get back to you.

If you are in England or Europe and want to see Ian, his contact info is: ianhedley1@hotmail.co.uk

Let me know if you have any questions...

Okay, so I asked an NCR doctor who is also an ABC doctor about EndoNasal Cranial vs NCR.  Here's what he said...

Dr. Ben Eversage: Well Donna you've asked the million dollar question. Years ago Jesse and Dean Howell met. Jesse helped Dean work out the testing points for determining what channel to put the balloon in. Jesse also took Dean's NCR course. A couple of years ago, Jesse took what he learned from Dean and incorporated it into ABC endonasal. They are the same as far as the testing, balloon insertion and inflation and result. The only difference is that NCR prepares the patient with soft tissue body work and ABC prepares the patient with the ABC adjustment.

Now we can be assured that those who want to have it done can also choose from an ABC practitioner, if there are no NCR docs or practitioners in your area.

Thanks again. I will totally try ABC when my back plays up, so probably in another 6 weeks or so. I have one leg quite a bit shorter than the other, and I realise now that it is probably due to stupid dentistry.

As for photos, I feel a little shy... silly! but you never know I might get over myself! Though I will write something now on the other thread about my progress.

Theirs is called EndoNasal Cranial Correction by Advanced BioStructural Correction™
http://www.meningealrelease.com/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=84&Itemid=120

The ABC chiro I go to does not do the EndoNasal Crnial, but he does the rest of the body.  So I don't know how to compare it with the NCR, so I go to an actual NCR doctor (Hillary Lampers, ND)

I am finding the ABC very helpful and it's compatible with the NCR.  I have an upcoming NCR session, and I will have a couple more ABC adjustments along with a ROLFing session.  The ABC chiropractor showed my husband and I both the 1st Rib maneuver, and we can totally do that.  He supervised while my hubby did my first ribs, and then the doctor took over with the rest of the adjustments.  I did my hubby's ribs, as well, with his supervision.

The endo nasal cranial is not near as much for the training as NCR is, so I would suggest those that want to do their own, to take the endo nasal cranial training.  That's what I plan to do before I even attempt doing my own.

I'm doing my own facial pulling with my fingers for 5 min per day.  After more ABC and the next NCR, I'll get more pics uploaded straight away.

If you want more of a comparison of NCR vs EndoNasal Cranial, I would suggest contacting Ben Eversage (NCR doctor and ABC chiropractor from Maine). as he does both NCR and ABC.  http://www.dreversage.com/

Good luck with all your sessions and hope to see pics of you soon!
