Yeah now that you say this it reminds me that I used to have my right jaw click every time I opened it before I began mewing. Now it is completely gone. I haven't experienced it in 1 year!
By mewing you mean proper posture and proper tongue posture or chewing gum too? Mews do say that mewing is the right solution for TMD, but de DO NOT include chewing gum in it, that is why I ask.
I am doing ton of massaging the fascial muscles every day and I am betting my ass that in some months I will have it completely healed, that because the doctor wants me to remove part of my teeth or use a splint and neither of those will I do. Now all my muscles are super tense, plus not only that, I am pretty sure that relaxing all those muscles would lead to great changes in the maxilla as they will stop pulling it downward, so the force opposing the tongue force will disappear. Theory I am pretty betting on since that one user who posted amazing changes in the face just from proper tongue posture in a year, because she goes to a therapist who relaxes her muscles, teaches her proper posture and does NCR too. Before her I had also read about the muscles pulling the maxilla downwards but dismissed it as bullsh*t, now I have pretty high hopes once again.
