It's super complicated and controversial... you can search the threads about it but people are either going to add. Mike Mew in London on a limited rare basis, or doing DIY with mixed results. Some are making devices to do their own orthodontic work with a lot of study.

The most common at home is palette expansion with oversight by an orthodontist that I've seen. I would lurk and study a lot to figure out what is going on. Feel free to post a picture if you want people to try and give you an idea of maybe what they see with your face.

Is it narrow palette? Tongue posture? Because if you don't have good posture orally that's where to start ;)

I have not been able to find a post here or anywhere else on the Internet about how to face pull. What is the technique? Is the thumbs literally pushing up on the palate with your thumbs? For belt do you just bite on the tip of a belt and pull (holding belt between front teeth?)? How do you rig a mask for face pulling?
