Can you thumb pull for 8h a day? Doubt it.

Also, it makes you pull in one point, won't this deform the maxilla? You would need uniform forces from all sides, no?

If nothing else, at least it's a much safer technique as you're not anchoring the forces to your teeth.

Your mandibular symmetry is directly determined by the position of your maxilla. Without an asymmetrical maxilla you can't have an asymmetrical mandible, so the only way to improve overall symmetry is to focus on improving the maxillary symmetry. Where you decide to anchor your thumb should not matter. In both cases the direction of the force generated is up and forward.

luckily my thumb has gotten used of the soreness so im able to do it as many times as i want.i've read that pushing in different locations on your palate will improve different areas of your face,so i'm wondering should i push right behind my front teeth to improve my mandible asymmetry first or should i push under my nasal area to improve my maxilla asymmetry?or should i do both and not wait until one area is fixed before moving on to another?

Hop on test, eat 4500 calories / day. Workout 5 times a week, every set to failure. Your thumb will become ripped as ****, and just in time for the beach season.
Bruuh, I am cryin  ;D ;D . Well, no, there is no way to use a muscle without it becoming sore
