how can i buy biobloc?

just finished wearing braces and the dentist give me these expander/fixer that doesn't actually expand =.='

Cool. I guess I'll just buy Biobloc then or orthosmile and use it as much as I can throughout the day. Do I need to wear nightly retainers once I am done?

Because wouldn't I need to expand my lower jaw too? Or would the palate expander also force the lower teeth to expand too?
