Yes this is hundred percent true. I could see the same in my case. Even though my wisdom teeth on the right were a little bit crowded and infected, (Only the bottom one though) in contrast to yours, it still feels like ****. Luckily I didn´t take out all at the same time as the doctor recommended because the left ones wouldn´t come through either and only picked the right ones. Though this was a mistake, too. The top right one didn´t even come through but I listened to the doctor. Already now, a couple months later, with the wisdom I have now, I would already have space for those wisdom teeth as my palate expanded. Sad but there is nothing you can do now, only reverse as much as possible.

Back in 2007 when I was still in the military, I got all 4 of my wisdom teeth taken out. This was one of the biggest mistakes of my life! I was 19 years old, and I trusted the dentist, who told me that this would keep my teeth from crowding. Soon after this surgery, I started to hear a cracking sound in my skull--something that had never happened to me before. When I went to the doctor, he told me it was sinus problems, and gave me some nasal spray. I had never had such issues before, and have not had them since. Next, I noticed that I had suddenly developed permanent red lines in my left eye. When I went to the doctor, he told me that this was normal, and that he even had them.

Now I know what was going on during this time. After they took out my wisdom teeth, my face basically collapsed. This is why I got the red lines in my eye, because my skull lost the support that it was getting from my wisdom teeth. My forehead used to be wide, with no wrinkles. Now, it is the opposite. Furthermore, following this procedure, I had chronic insomnia for 7 years, which I'm sure was a result of this surgery. I also have a lot of grey hair, and I am only 28 years old.

Once I put all this together, I resolved to never again return to a doctor or dentist for the rest of my life--unless I am dying or have some kind of severe injury that I can't fix myself.

I hate to sound bitter, but I just can't believe how much this one surgery changed my life. I am making progress now that I have discovered NCR and gum chewing. Still, without these teeth, I think there are some things that I will simply never get back. Our teeth support our skull, and when we take them out, their absence is manifested in our facial changes. I remember talking to a Romanian woman whom I work with. She said that, in her country, this procedure is only completed if it is absolutely necessary (e.g. infections).

Our teeth are connected to our body's energy meridians, as well as our organs. When teeth are are touching, it basically triggers a signal in our body that keeps us relaxed. Our teeth are also connected to our central nervous system. It's sad how our society endorses this procedure. I believe that this is one reason that we have so many ugly people here in America. Do you ever wonder why you can so easily spot a foreigner? It's probably because they grew up on a different diet, and they never got any of their teeth removed. Plus, many foreigners don't overwork themselves like we do here in America. Their education system basically places them in jobs once they finish graduating college.

I remember looking at my bottom wisdom teeth, which were coming in perfectly. But I trusted the dentist, because he had a white coat and a degree. Maybe this was a blessing in disguise. For, because I went through this, I have learned to be skeptical and to ultimately be my own doctor.

Crowded teeth are caused by a small palate. A palate expander can correct this without the removal of teeth. Plus, it will make your face wider and push your cheekbones out—thus making you more attractive.

A good example of the adverse effects of wisdom teeth extractions is Miley Cyrus. She recently got all of her wisdom teeth removed. Look at before and after pics of her. You will see a big difference in the contour of her face.
