I've had NCR performed quite a few times by certified practitioners and I've only had positive experiences. I've had two jaw surgeries myself, a lefort 1 and then a correction surgery due to an error.  I have titanium plates and screws in my head but it hasn't caused any issues.

I've also done a bit of face pulling with a helmut and rubber bands and experienced no issues with that either, just always be gentle as with any of these methods.

If one has had jaw surgery, do you think it would be difficult to have NCR afterwards? I'm talking a year or two after, not while you're healing. Obviously you wouldn't want to be doing NCR then.

If you were cut along the suture lines (for the jaw surgery), would it then impede the results that you can achieve from NCR?
