Hi,

I'm new to this forum and I've seen a particularly ingenious method by Walrus here (http://breakthematrix.createaforum.com/therapies/what-are-peoples-'face-pulling'-results/?message=277).

My question is... has anyone used this particular method and achieved any observable results?? The thing is, you can't expect to pull for just 5-10 minutes and get the same results as continuous pulling right?

Also, will only face-pulling do it? As compared to NCR...

From what i understand, NCR is used to nudge the sphenoid bone, which is supposedly out-of-place? I study anatomy and the skull is like the following:

This is the Maxilla (blue area):

This is the Sphenoid bone (blue area):

And in between them there is a bone called the Ethmoid bone:

Apparently if you use NCR, this is what happens:

My question is... Doesn't using NCR push against the ethmoid bone, instead of the sphenoid bone? I mean yes, it does affect the sphenoid bone in a domino kind of way (pushing against the ethmoid causes it to push against the sphenoid). However, the purpose in this is to make it more "mobile", right? It sounds a little weird to me...

On the contrary, this is what face-pulling does (maxilla is highlighted):

And now the ethmoid bone (in between the maxilla and sphenoid) highlighted:

In a way... it is "freeing" the pressure made on the sphenoid bone too, isn't it?

Wouldn't it be a form of "NCR" as well?

Yeah, digressed a little but the main qns is... anyone had results using the homemade appliance by Walrus? I've also tried tugging on my hard palate with my fingers...

Thanks.
