Damn bruh, I did see a major improvement in your face though.

Just because you pulled a little hard don't mean it's the end of the world, and don't feel bad because I'm sure many others have benefited also and pulled lightly from your advice.

Atleast you had crazy improvement, I'm sure it can be dangerous, but with light pulling and common sense and concern, it just the benefits.

Again don't beat yourself up, you've given amazing advice, and your results are amazing.

Peoples choices are there choices, not your responsibility, you're just providing information.

There's risk and reward in everything in life, people just need to be smart about it.

Thank you. Now I feel straightened out, so I can tell people the true, positive facts - since I think I can say now that I've combined the positive and the negative in equal balance together.

Pardon me, since I became side-tracked in my own train of thought.

Your question was how has light face-pulling further affected me?

The reality is, I only pull with my thumbs, and I am my body is insensible - so I just cannot feel exactly what I am causing to take place.

I have felt along the area where a line appears when I make a certain smile - and only when standing in front of certain directional sources of light. I cannot detect any lines in the bone itself.

I had forgotten about this all, until today when I connected to ... something ... again.

Greeting again, only in a different simultaneous conservation it seems!

I'm glad to meet another man who has been successful such as yourself.

Today I was getting introduced to my own success in the mirror, and I saw and felt that there really are improvements.

To me there appears to be minor damage done overall, and if I am very depressed on one particular occasion, then my face can and does return to slacking off.

But the actual improvement when I am feeling uplifted from any sort of depression for any brief length of time is pretty awesome to see and to feel inside of my personality.

Hi Tyler
It's very sympathetic of you that you feel responsible for things you wrote on the forum , in the sense you feel responsible for the possible negative effects it may have on people. I only do light face pulling and i've been to a NCR specialist for a treatment, because I actually did not really like the idea of floating up things inside such a location as with NCR thought I could first try a professional and do face pulling and see where these results may lead. I think it's good to inform people about not performing things in the wrong way on them self, but also not to make them so scared they wont even dare to do such thing as light facepulling. I think people can get a little healthier overall from facepulling if their maxilla is really backwards and down. Most of those people (including myself) are pale and since my light face pullign, I've gotten more color on my face, which to me is a clear indicator that at least that part is beneficial for my overall health. Overall the results of my facepulling for only 2 weeks make me look healthier already. I slowly return to the way i once looked before I had retainers.

You said you still do light face pulling. May I ask why you still perform light face pulling? From your posts and pictures it seemed you got results pretty fast, and if its years later now, and you still face pull, does it mean you still get results from it? Does your maxilla still move forward more? I ask this because I'm curious if and when that point comes when your body does not want your maxilla to go forward any more, or whether can you basicly continue to do light face pulling until your maxilla is located extremely high and forward. I'm not sure if that is really desirable, as most things in nature are best when in a balance and not an extreme either way.

Oh, you've removed your post now ... Understandable from me, when I consider my own actions in the past.

Well, my Ziel was only to set out to warn people against hurting themsevles. I suppose that I've succeeded in that, so I'm tentatively relieved.

Thank you, thank you!

Your rational and reasonable comments are joyously received.

Please allow me to now comment again, as I have pardoned myself from my Schuld here.

The reality is, very probably, that gently face-pulling has benefited me in some ways.

I was misled by myself into pulling on my face very hard, because I was desperate and impatient to be granted the alleged life-altering promises that have been lauded in various blogs in the Internet.

I did hurt myself here - at least a bit it seems. Not in a life-threatening way, mind you, but now and then I do detect some wisp of an ache in my bone-matter.

But I was totally and completely responsible for spreading THAT particular method of face-pulling. Not Plato or Ben or anybody else are responsible.

Since this place seems to be much less active, I have worried extremely about the folks who may yet be coming through on the same path as I took.

And so, the notion that some may have read my disastrous advice and, naively, believed it to be some kind of sign . . . and then potentially hurt themselves .. had made me very worried and full of angst that I tried to make right again.

But now I ... tentatively suppose that I have done what I could, so I sincerely hope that no more folks who cannot yet track down the turth inside of themselves will hurt themselves as I nearly did due to my insensible body at the time.

And what is alluded to here überhaupt, is that some folks will not experience the flood of endorphins in their body when they perform this gentle activity. Some folks, such as myself, will experience no sensations from the body that it is working - however this is not any indicator that anybody must pull harder as I did, because as I have learned doing so, while not life-threatening, can put some soreness into the bones.

And that, frankly, appears to be against the Zweck of achieving greater physical development.

I'm glad you wrote that, because it reminded me about a point.

Plato did write clearly to pull gently. But I wrote here in this forum to pull hard.

I was misled, and confused about why I felt nothing when I pulled gently or forcefully. Later I found out that my body has just been insensible, which caused me to feel no sensations.

Please excuse me for causing a controversy, but I am afraid for other people like me who are desperate for a solution, and then after reading all of those blogs about these kinds of procedures, comes to assume that there must be some kind of blissful euphoria involved as a sign that it is working.

I found out, some people DON'T experience that. So I've been trying to clean up my posts from here, trying to be responsible so others don't attempt to recreate my mistakes.

I don't want somebody to get hurt just because I was a foolish and reckless young man who didn't understand the possible consequences of his actions.

Hmmm actually I think that you are part right/part wrong.

I did perform NCR procedure few times on myself and it is true that it can be dangerous - baloon can slip and it can have terrible consequences. I don't do this anymore because of this fear but I also know that I am losing an opportunity of a really well-working therapy - I am from Poland and I can't afford going to UK regulary to take sessions of NCR so I didn't even start because I know i won't have money. But sometimes my life is so miserable that I think that I would risk it to improve...

As far as face-pulling is concerned - I think that it can only be dangerous if you pull REALLY TOO HARD. It is virtually impossible to hurt yourself if you follow Plato's instruction - which clearly states: pull lightly. Although I am not sure whether face-pulling works without NCR and that's a shame :(

In my opinion the best thing to do when someone had extraction orthodontics performed and suffers from its implications is regaining spaces and putting there those missing teeth. It can help tremendously and I am striving for it - to persuade my ortho to do this (so far he is only treating my retracted mandible - deep bite with quite good effects on TMJ but only on it).

EVERYONE WHO COMES TO THIS FORUM, WATCH OUT. YOU ARE DOING SOMETHING THAT COULD POTENTIALLY HARM YOUR BODY, AND JUST BECAUSE SOMEBODY HAS A PH.D OR STARTS A WEB SITE, DOESN'T MEAN THAT THEY HAVE PERFECT KNOWLEDGE.

I was taken for a ride years ago when I started this NCR / face-pulling thing. Like many of you, I read claims on the Internet that NCR and face-pulling would make my life better and give me a more powerful consciousness.

Well, my life has NOT miraculously improved thanks to NCR / face-pulling.

Now my jaw HURTS because I pulled too hard, because I had NO idea what I was doing.

I can't stop anyone from face-pulling / performing dangerous procedures on themselves. But you are taking your life into your own hands, and might die if something goes wrong.

I almost died performing NCR on myself. This is not exaggeration - it is the factual truth. A balloon expanded in my throat and nearly choked me, but I fortunately had a pair of scissors handy to stop it from happening. Do you want something to go wrong too, and then you choke to death on a balloon??

THINK ABOUT IT.

The owner of this forum, Ben - he already let his actual web site expire. I doubt he is still around. But HE got hoodwinked too.

We should NOT be performing this kind of procedure (NCR) on ourselves! How many have died, but we just don't hear about it? Already hundreds of people might have come to this forum, tried out NCR on themselves, and then died because of one small slip-up.

At least in a doctor's room, he has got tools to rescue us if something goes wrong. Inside of your own bathroom, it is just YOU and your self as you lay doomed - choking to death.

Somebody sue me. Take me to court and throw me in jail. Because I probably deserve it. Whatever it takes - just STOP performing this procedure on yourselves!!
