Dont lose hope on face pulling, just relax, u just done it wrong, re assist and do it the correct way as instructed next time.  (use helmet, and do the technique it as instructed , u might want to read it several times)

It's a journey, just like someone who started working out recently, he will do the workout with the wrong form.

PM ur whatsapp if u want to chat it out, im going through similar situation , but this time i will do it again and the correct way.

Hello Popopo

I am sorry to hear what is happening to you. Anyhow, I don't know what it could be but maybe it is the cranium that shifted out of place. Maybe you released something and now it is squeezing on a nerve causing the facial pain.

Your best bet is maybe to see an Osteopath or Maybe see Dr. Dean Howell. I would also suggest you look up Dr. Gerald Smith from INCR he deals with facial pain and the cranium. I know he authored a book called "Headaches aren't forever." He talks a lot about the cranium and the teeth he calls it Craniodontics and how one affects the other.

Anyhow, let me know if this helps, I am so sorry you have to go through this.

P.S. Email me if you like  :)

Sincerely,

B.

Hello,

A few months ago I tried face-pulling on my own. I've allways had a pretty asymmetrical face and I hoped this would help me fix it a little. I also have narrow shoulders, a thin neck and a jaw that could be bigger. The thing is.. I tried it only a few times and now I'm stuck with a worse problem. I've got chronic pain in the right side of my face. My temple hurts and tingles. I also hear more cracking sounds in the right side of my face then the left. It's not TMJ. My joints look good. My dentist said that it could be my wisdom tooth as the one in the lower side of my jaw is horizontal. I'm not so sure though because the jaw surgeon said it probably isn't the cause of my headache. What should I do? I also have one big floater in my right eye. Please help.. This is one of the many posts I made, but nobody give me a reaction.
