Both of which are easy to avoidable. Any skeletal damage is just not possible... unless you stack multiple balloons on top of each other in order to build multiple pounds of pressure within the turbinates. If you ask me, that's hardly necessary.

Fuk, le me try dat #yolo
Ha, well nothing wrong with that if that's what you think you really need. But for someone starting self-treatment, merely gently inflating the balloon inside the turbinates tends to relieve a lot of tension.

NCR is relatively safe to self-perform as long as you stay calm and pay attention to what you're doing. A single-layered balloon will explode harmlessly well before any real damage can be inflicted to the surrounding structure. The actual risks of self-NCR are:

1) accidentally suffocating yourself with the balloon by inhaling it into your throat

2) Wounding the mucous membrane inside the nose with a Q-tip, toothpick, or whatever you use to guide the balloon into the turbinates.

Both of which are easy to avoidable. Any skeletal damage is just not possible... unless you stack multiple balloons on top of each other in order to build multiple pounds of pressure within the turbinates. If you ask me, that's hardly necessary.

Don't attempt self ncr . You can do more damage better to save your money and see a professional

May you elaborate more on people damaging their faces please?

Im 17 I have no money :-\
Oh, man, Ive been reading depressing reddit stories for several hours now and somehow this hits hard. My advice is this dude, if you dont have money to treat urself in emergency case, forget it. Nothing, literally nothing is worth the insury you can cause urself. But then again, I dont know much about NCR, you have probably read about the several people here in the forum doing it. Think hard about it, all I can say and I apologise for not being able to give u answer to ur question.

Hi Guys I just wanted to ask a few questions as Im new to this whole Self NCR thing. So Ive tried a few times with the self ncr but I dont seem to be getting anywhere as I keep inflating into the turbinates and not into the actual nasal passages! Ive even bought larger finger cots but I still cant get into the nasal passages. Can someone please give me some advice on how  I can get into the nasal passages :-\
