There is not much science to prove they actually work.

There is absolutely none

There are binaural beats for everything. There is not much science to prove they actually work. They rather seem to be a more persuasive placebo.

Oh man, dont get hooked up on this, this is one of the biggest scams on youtube and those guys are making such easy money from eveybody's insecurities. Come on now, I was for a month believing the eye color chaning subliminals, but it was because I also wanted something  that I didnt have and was like ooh I see change, but it was just what I wanted to see and everybody in the comments sees what he wants to see. One day I just stopped for a moment and started thinking rationally, you would be amazed by how many rational reasons are going to come in your head if you just think about it, I had about maybe 10-15 reasons to why this is such bullshit. Gonna state a few, first off, uploaders says that the frequencies are specific, you really believe that with your chinese cheap headphones/loudspeakers the frequencies are gonna be right, youtube also changes videos after the upload  and compress, and reaching quality high enough to preserve everything from point A? Yeah, right. Second, no scientific topics on those things, no examinations, nothing, just those random utube videos that started popping more and more. Third, every video from every channel that claims the same is different, the sounds are different, the length is different, how so? Fourth, they are claiming u dont hear the frequencies, yea and how come your headphones are going to reproduce frequencies of that range, unlikely, unlikely even to be output other than the 20-20k hz range. Fifth, how come they know what actually the human body needs to change and  how come so many people know it(channels) considering there is no information about how to make stuff like this online. If you see testimonial videos, more likely those are from the uploaders edited. Cool thing is, that some viewers who believe they see changes upload videos with daily pictures and with unbiased eye you can see that there is 0 change. What actually fascinates me tho, is that they make daily pictures put day 1 vs day 30 or 60 next to each other and dont see that there is no difference, really interesting thing. So, I feel you man, but forget it, think about it a little, dont fuel your insecurities and dont waste your time listening to this stuff, although really some are pretty chill. And dont worry about believing it or not believing me, I also didnt believe people who like "Progress" said that dont believe it without trying, because people had also been giving the explanation that it says how much melatonin to be produced for your eyes, but I realised that someone had just pulled it off his ass and everybody had started spreading it like plague, because after all you need some logical explanation to more reasonably believe something.

Yeah, I have to agree that is quackery. I'm all for the potential benefits of meditation and visualization, but there can't be any merit to the notion that these sounds are specifically targeting maxillary position. If you feel like listening to this kind of thing helps you consistently meditate on the changes you're trying to achieve, and to maintain your commitment and belief that change is possible, then go for it, but I don't think there is anything special about this track. You could just as well listen to one that's supposed to change the color of your eyes or enlarge your breasts, but still focus on improving your facial structure.

or someshit i dont know the details

Well the details are that there's no way of directly influencing your bone structure by feeding the ears unique sine tones at slightly different frequencies. Do you think these anonymous youtubers spend time on determining and calculating some obscure sine wave ratios that will be able to target a specific parts of your body or aspects of your mind? It's laughable at best, plain retarded at worst.

The only potential benefit of binaural beats is inducing relaxation, which may help you relax muscles of which tightness you were not aware in the first place, therefore potentially guiding the body towards a more optimal alignment. But that's achievable through plenty of other more productive means, like various types of meditation and other immersive activities.

But ive been doin this for two days, and i can see/feel changes already.

You're seeing and feeling what you want to see and feel. Prove me wrong.

Stumbled across something called Subliminal Frequencies/ Binural Beats and Apparently it can be used to do ALL SORTS OF COOL things to the body.
Basically its two different frequencies going in left/right ear and the brain interperates the difference between the two frequencies (like the actual difference) as a new frequency. Neurons respond to this new frequency and the brain enters some meditative state with beta waves or someshit i dont know the details you can research it on your won. But ive been doin this for two days, and i can see/feel changes already. Go through a lot of these binural beats/subliminal frequency videos and just read the comments. It looks like this is working for a lot of people as well.
