As a follow up, I think this is a good product. However, you need good jaw strength and I'd recommend chewing hard gum if you have a weaker jaw and eventually doing this - that's what I'm doing

"The first few days of trying, we found many people having trouble fitting the Jawzrsize in their mouth. You will need to rest a lot for your jaw muscles to get customized. We have had the females only bite about 5 times first day, take rest on second day, and try another 5, rest, then 10, and so forth. Ease into it, never force."
I think they seem super cool so far because of all the facial muscles they work. Anyone else getting one yet?

I did a couple days of the mastic gum - really good stuff - and need to probably just contact the company... it's way too big! Even for my husband it's large. I'd say go for small as a start and work up.

« on: February 02, 2017, 10:30:23 am »FYI: the three pack I got all contains the "large size" for he mouth. There are molds and things you have to dip, but as of now without any molding I can't fit it between my teeth at all! Just a heads up if you are ordering....

I can't wait to try this. I'm going to use it first because I feel like it will help strengthen things up, maybe just an hour or so a day at first and then work up to the Mastic gum. Can't wait to tell you all of I see results, and let me know if you got a good routine down
