I'm 21 years old and willing to try anything for shoulder width. I'm probably done growing in height, but I hope my growth plates for my clavicles are still open. Does anyone recommend anything? I'm thinking HGH and an AI. What AI would you guys recommend?

Do not have time to post  the full reply that i still intend to post on this subject, but I must say i"m very pleased that someone made this subject. It's a big interst of me and i've got some theories or ideas about how it works and I like to share them with others and learn from others too. Especially indeed for guys things like HGH and/or testosterone  can make a face look more masculine and mature.  Apart from a wrongly located maxilla or small plate , it influences face shape alot.  Its very interesting to see the faces, and bones, change from guys who do bodybuilding. More interesting than their body deveopment!

So everyone who knows a bit about the subject, please share ...we can find out how it all works if we work together on collecting data, info and such and learn from eachother

Yh MK677 is really good. I take Aromasin as an AI cause I was worried of the estrogen rebound when coming off Letro, however I guess If you taper the dose when coming off it shouldn't be a problem. Being 19 and having delayed puberty I'm still growing, so Im taking full opportunity of it.

And LGD looks good but it has suppression sides which puts me off. Might aswell wait and go for a real cycle if im going to mess with my HPTA and then I can throw in some SARMS then. Really tempting to hop on though the gains from SARMS is just phenomenal!

I'm in the same situation, I can't do test though since I don't live alone, but once I move out at 18 I'll start a light roid cycle.
Currently I am using MK-677, an oral GH secretagogue, in order to get more GH. I'm also using Proviron which is mainly DHT (I know it can lead to baldness) which has been shown to increase free test, also because it is oral and does not need to be run with test or anything. I combine this with Letrozole every second day at a low dose to drop my estrogen levels, and to be honest, my boners and flaccids are **** huge now and I've actually grown a bit in my height curve since starting with MK-677 a few months ago (I go to the doctor for regular check ups on my height and I've gained a later puberty growth spurt now, probably due to MK-677).

I will jump on LGD, another oral SARM soon in order to maximize my puberty. For an adult there's no hope to fix their frame by roids, they might make bones thicker or get bigger muscles but we in puberty can actually change it quite a bit. Hopefully MK-677 will also speed up my mewing as well.

Actions speak louder than words. Might try and post some pics Before and after. My shoulder to hip ratio (the most important) has improved so much over the past two years and my  overall body composition has improved so much. I'm almost un-recognizable from 2 years ago. All that was from picking up weights and actually starting to eat real food. Many people think its shoulder to waist its actually shoulder to hip. Wide shoulders to narrow hips is by far the most aesthetic. Its all about the bone structure, muscle adds to the illusion of  building the aesthetic proportions. There are some poeple that train or years and look like **** its all to do with bone structure.

HGH absolutely is the real builder of bone mass and density. Just look at any bodybuilder and notice the amount of facial change Before and after. Many guys who cycle with pro hormones and steroids grow high cheekbones and solid strong jaws. Its not necessarily muscle mass its more of the androgenic state they are in. (High levels of DHT and GH)

Taking an AI (aromtase inhibitor) will keep your estrogen levels low and aid in keeping free testosterone higher in the body. Estrogen is the hormone which seals growth plates, if your under 21 years old it would be beneficial to get on an AI. You absolutely do not need to nuke your estrogen just keep it under control and at a lower level. You need some estrogen for general health (libido and joints etc.)

Many young guys who are short in height take an AI too keep their growth plates open and maximize their growth and they really do out grow their genetic potential. Imagine the increase in bone density low estrogen / High test. Huge growth and thickening of bones, keep estrogen to a low to keep your growth plates open.

There are supplements which aid in maximsing GH. But getting your hands on real GH would be the best way to go. If you have large pockets get yourself some GH. MK677 is a good GH stimulant but you really want to get your hands on the real stuff.

Starting to make me question the importance of genetics. It seems like genetics is an excuse not to better yourself. You can change absolutely everything about you (if you want to)  form facial structure to body composition. HPTA ,body composition and facial structure no denying is influenced by genetics but I feel environmental factors over power it.

Im really thinking of cycling with Test and taking an AI to maximize my growth since Im still growing. My long androgynous narrow bone structure is from low test during puberty. Dont know why im saying this on this forum just thought some of you guys might be interested and think the same as I do in term of changing and physical self improvement. Again I think oral posture and tongue to the palate yadayada bla bla bla stimulates good growth yes but you need something to push that growth a catalyst. HGH, hormones,  Driven active lifestyle is so important. Both go hand in hand.
