I got those molds on amazon too! I might try this first before other options that might be more invasive... it would be cool to see what you guys come up with!

Try using a towel. Much softer and easier to get around your back molars. It will probably tear after a while though.

I really want to say yes, and I probably wouldn't even be wrong, but there's still a chance I'm just seeing the changes I want to see. But people here claim they have achieved significant results with FP. Check out user Tyler's pictures for example earlier in the same thread I linked in previous post.

Okay cool... Have you noticed any results yet using this device?

I have soft moldable too, it's easier to push holes for the shoelace to go through. Hasn't broken in use so far.

Awesome! I actually have a moldable one I bought on Amazon but it's a soft texture, do you think the soft texture will do for the mouth guard or should I get a hard one?

There's also this kind of cheap DIY device if you feel like experimenting. Belt is a shitty tool for facepulling imo.

I am having a hard time face pulling with a belt on my molars. My lips don't stretch enough to fit a belt on my back molars. I feel like I'm slicing the corners of my mouth open. Am I doing this wrong?.... Help
