Try doing more on the side that is more concaved in, also adjust your atlas and spin to check your whole nervous system, it will help with your skull symmetry as well as face symmetry, as well as many other benefits

Hi guys I've started doing self ncr and have done it six times since last summer. I have noticed the benefits such as te higher cheekbones and my eyes have become more aligned.

However over the last few sessions my teeth have started to misalign, so now it looks like the right side of my teeth protrude far more forward with the left side regressing in the upper maxillary. The line between my two frontal teeth is now significantly skewed to the left. Does anyone know why this is happening? And how I can fix this?

I have had two teeth taken out and they have left a small gap amongst my upper teeth.

Any advice would be much appreciated, thank you very much.
