Those.are good, but they should be done 5 minutes daily if you want fast and sustained results. I once stopped for a couple of weeks and noticed a.difference in droopyness.

Also Look into more advanced exercises, and newer techniques like the Face Yoga Method.

I have a couple of those EMS Dermal Tone passive exercisers, but they are shorted out or either the plug in part is.  Have no idea how to fix them, but I used to use those all the time.  The Facercise seems to give me the best results though.

To maximize your results, look into "Face Yoga" and Facial "Exercises" to improve Facial Symmetry, Tightness, and Muscle Tone.

For a person with a small jaw, and no cheek bones, in a couple months Face Yoga alone improved my facial asymmetry, gave me a very nice sharp squared jawline, hollow cheeks and the illusion of nice cheeks bones when I have expression or some muscle tension in my face.

If you're going to do Neuro-Cranial Restructuring, Mewing, Chewing, Oral Myology, and Face Pulling, PLEASE look into Face Yoga, you owe it to yourself, it's the perfect addition to making you look as sexy and attractive as possible. Peace

I do the Carole Maggio Facercise sometimes.  Would that be sufficient?
