http://www.facepulling.com/ For facepulling advice take a look at this website. I have done facepulling before and I admit after using strong force for short amounts of time I definitely feel relief from the popping that I have in my jaw on the right side, but this is temporary and after a while it goes back to normal. I think this is because the maxilla is temporarily lifted into the position it is meant to be in so my jaw functions correctly, but because the pulling is not constant or for long it then returns to its original position.

I definitely think facepulling for long periods of time is more likely to work than short periods of time. Bones are malleable under muscle but are still strong, and need to move gradually.

Word of caution. Be careful with the way you face pull. If done improperly it can promote premature wrinkling especially of the nasolabial folds.

That doesn't sound bad at all.

NCR is short for neurocranial restructuring, and it involves inflating latex balloons deep inside your nose/upper throat in order to generate pressure against sphenoid bone and to loosen its hold on maxilla and other bones in the skull. It's excellent for correcting facial asymmetries, even more so than mewing. It's hard to estimate how long it will take you to reach your destination without being able to see any pictures of your face, but most will achieve plenty of progress in 1-2 years, many of those being older than you and me. NCR should speed up this process.

The great thing is that you can perform NCR for yourself without having to pay hundreds of dollars to go see a certified professional. It may look a bit intimidating at first glance, but it's pretty easy and safe to perform once you get the hang of it. PM me your email adress if you're interested and I'll send you the self treatment guide.
Pls could you PM me the self treatement ?

Greetings
