Edit:  After writing this I decided to try FP again for the first time in several weeks.  I found I am actually still seeing results, just not as significant as before.  Therefore I am going to start up FP again!  I will update this thread with my progress.

I was gonna say! Since you've had bicuspid extractions and still have difficulties breathing there should be some more room for improvement. But you might also need some expansion of the premaxilla, which is likely going to happen if you go to an ALF orthodontist.

After 2-3 months of doing NCR everyday, I stopped seeing results (the best indicator of results is the skull feeling sensitive in areas where movement occured).  My skull had reached its optimal configuration.  Genetic potential acheived!

Are you sure you've attained maximum results? Ben did over 100 treatments. Some say retraction orthodontics damages the face like a car that gets a big dent from being hit. When you look at your face/skull, are you satisfied with everything except the palate? I believe NCR can help your lower jaw come forward as well.
