He seemed like a sketchy fellow, wouldn't even post parts of his face due to "professional reasons". He was also hellbent on promoting palate expansion as the most important treatment one can do. Either overly paranoid or a bracesshop shill

I went to an ortho who was all about the ALF, Endonasal, and orthotropics philosophy. He said more force than ALF was needed, so he showed me a few palate expanders no different than the ones we know about*. He says up to 1cm forward expansion and 7mm width. Now, he wants to go real slow like. Sneaky beaky like, creep so slow that it takes 2 years like. Also facial changes are minimal, the palate just expands

Now our nigga Mr. Mew understands how the entire thing needs to move as one piece. No growing the alveolar bone or pushing the teeth. The maxilla must be expanded and moved upward via growth along the palatial suture and pressure up and forwards by the tongue/appliance.

And the orthos I've seen say 1cm in 2 years, where as the OP on the thread on self expansion was going 1mm a week, AND Mew says 1mm a week. Which activates growth and movement along the sutures instead of local movement - according to multiple studies (I'm compiling all this info gimme a second on the sources. I might toss them all into a single post)

So, according to everything I have tried to dig up on the topic in the past 3 years I can get the expansion I need by buying the appliance myself and using a higher rate of expansion than the traditional dentist/orthodontists know but from what we have understood through our research.

There is definitely going to be the counter of "appeal to authority" of dentists/orthos having years of schooling that makes their opinions the ultimate authority on this topic. We already know that they are wrong about extraction orthodontics - when really the palate needs to be expanded. We already know that they believe the sutures fuse after puberty  - which we know is wrong through multiple studies AND because I sent ~30 emails to dentists asking for adult suture palate expansion and ~7 in MY AREA got back to me saying that they have routinely successful results while ~23 say it is impossible.

So using the info from the ortho (Free consult) I can purchase the same appliance that he intends to use on me over 1 years, but use the appliance as our other research suggests and go 1mm per week. Research shows I could spend $250 and 4 months instead of 2 years and $12 000.

I don't intend to go at any set rate of expansion - the body can tell me if I'm doing something incorrectly. I'm also getting the ABC chiro work done and will probably be into the endonasal once the appliance arrives (since I can't order yet).

I feel very comfortable and optimistic to perform this procedure myself. I'm sitting on a bunch of information that could just be pure speculation if this doesn't work out, but a complete gem if it does. I've got X-Rays and analysis of my current skull/teeth/spine. So I'm going to continue with ABC and endonsal, and see the expansion results, and then mew my way home to where my dome piece is supposed to be. 

The results I see both in the mirror and on X-rays etc in about 6 months are what is going to tell me if I was barking at a shadow or if what we think we are understanding about the human body is truth or a mirage.

Has anyone had any luck using a bottom expansander?

So now we know that mr asdfasdf123 was a scammer... is there someone else who can prove (maybe with photos) that the "online expander" works? I am on my way to build the Mew Vector(modified RAMPA system by yashusi mitani patente) and that is the last part i needed and now I am without proofs. If everything works I will post about my version of mew vector.

Not sure myself, but I swear we had other people on here use it. That person was pretty new on yet forum and maybe search across the other blogs and things too.

It would be great if someone here could build bioblock type expander which mike mew is using with his mew vector(modified rampa system). It is really hard to find skilled people around here. If someone knows someone who can build it do not hesitate to tell me about. Btw I am going to try with the removable expander from bs.
