I am about to order this with the impression kit since I don't have any casts done for my teeth but what the hell are the headgear tubes? Should I order them? And does everything I need come with this? Or do I need screws etc?

Also, I would suggest maybe getting the removable palate expander: http://www.bracesshop.de/Fake-Braces/Plate-Upper-jaw::51.html because you can facepull with it.

Indeed, but the removable palate expander would not work for me since I have permanent retainers, I don't think it would fit properly in my mouth.

Also, even if it would fit, I am in doubt whether palate expansion would work, since the retainer "retains" the position.
