All methods for facepulling have been using the teeth as anchors to bring the jaw with the teeth. This contradicts the tongue's purpose. If the tongue is designed to influence maxilla growth and it only applies pressure to the palate, then maybe we're looking at facepulling (with the teeth) all wrong.
For a few days I've been pressing my tongue hard on the roof of my mouth. I can sometimes feel creaking in the jaw, i can feel force much more direct to the maxilla than from facepulling. So I think this concept is a better approach. Except my tongue gets very exhausted from doing this so I want to create a device instead.
I want some help designing a new method that can be worn as a mask but will only apply pressure to the roof of the mouth. I was thinking of some sort of metal hook with a soft material (maybe a rubber sphere) that would press on roof of the mouth and because there's a rod that's a hook, the mouth could be closed, the rod would be at an angle up and in front of the face.
If that makes sense and if anyone thinks this is a good idea, reply with comments and suggestions.
