I'm 16(male), at 14 I got braces, I had pretty messed up teeth, nothing too scary or bad they just weren't straight, luckily I only had braces for 1 yesr snd half and my teeth straightend up pretty quickly in 2 months almost perfectly, so the damage to my face wasn't that bad.

But ever since I've been having the same problems all you keep on describing, plus now my teeth and jaw are asymmetrical and don't line up properly.

Not only it doesn't look good, I can never evenly chew my food, my jaw always hurts, and my right side always clicks.

What is there to do?

Will Self NCR, Face Pulling, Myofucntional Therapy, and Orthotropics/ Functional Orthodontics help get my face, jaw, and tweth more symmetrical, and perfectly aligned so I don't have these problems?

Anything else, any other suggestions, thanks.

If I were you, I'd go to another orthodontist, to have my teeth checked for any remaining dental problem

Explain the problem to an expert

After that, I'd consider the treatments listed above

Alright thanks, I was thinking of going to another Orthodontist to explain this since my last one **** me up with no care or concern. I'll hopefully be going to Functional Orthodontist close by, also based in Orthotropics if you're familiar.
