Recent progress
« on: September 11, 2017, 07:35:43 pm »
Hey all,

Here's my recent progress pic, taken today. Bad lighting but whatever, it is not scientific or anything. Nourishment has played a huge role in gaining back my face.

There's the now pic, and I added in a pic from about ... well, 7 months ago?

Nourishment has played a major role in it for me. Nourishment is wild powerful.

My ipod touch is at work, I left it over night. It has some profile pics. I think I can safely say that actually, just building my body mass through milk and nourishment has actually done more to give me my facial definition - and I have cheeks now, but still got some sunken eye going on.

Somehow my own face filling our even seems to have lifted up my neck skin thing and given my jaw its definition.

It puts me over the moon dudes T_T I feel like, finally at 27, I see the face in the mirror that actually presents who *I* am to the world. It's the greatest thing in my world right now. Actually it's not, the adorable boy I'm on a date with soon is, but for me it is true: work on my body and develop my health to its greatest, and the truth sorts out so much on its own, so my life goes better than a year ago, and some dreams come true for me.

It is not really a huge difference in the before and after, because I even compared it in the nerd scientific method, and it is like a millimeter shift here and there. But in person it is like seeing a real human face in the mirror. i'm tired right now and writing in a sort of foggy state but I feel my joy underscoring even my tired state here.

It's just amazing to me how Creation makes anything possible, even getting my face back.

Actually I'm starting to grow in a little beard too, and after all my nourishment, even it looks a bit darker and is coming in a bit nicer :D Just a bit of scruff I guess, since what hey it's what I can grow, but I'm hoping the adorable boy I'm dating soon will appreciate the slight masculine effect! :D :D

When I get my phone back tomorrow I'll post the side pic too. My cheeks are growing out pretty nicely just from having the healthy fat restored in them. It looks pretty sweet.

I stopped doing the face-pulling and NCR although sometimes I will try that tongue on the roof thing for like 2 minutes, hahah.

But whatever right? This appears to actually just be another way to cultivate beauty and I love it :D

I just took down my first actual share of all the stuff I ate because I was afraid it said a whole lot of too much.

I can post my potion recipes and things again, and share it all in a simpler way. Shall I? Tell me if it's wanted or no.

Hey, looking good :)
This makes me think of Weston A Price and his studies, I know Mr Mew blames oral posture as the only reason for bad teeth and that DR price was wrong but I beg to differ.
I've been looking in to 'eating for your genes or gene expression' lately and how healthy eating gives us a healthy gene expression and moves us closer to our fullest potential. I totally believe this is the reason Dr price seen such a stark contrast between those who ate their ancestors diets and those who ate 'white man foods'.
During my reasearch I came across a site that was produced by a 'natural Doctor' and he claimed that a certain type of eating changed his face and that his face because a more desirable square shape. almost like he skull 'unwound' from correct eating much like it does when having NCR. Eating good foods helps the body release old traumas.
To me, it appears that your maxilla may have come up and forwards a little, your eyes are more level, your nose appears thinner and your lips look fuller as well as your jaw looks more sqaure. well done on your progress.

It is really great  ;D

I actually don't even eat like a tribal human, though. I eat bread and coffee and sometimes cake even.

But the breads I eat are dense loaves of honeyed nut bread more like from the Shire than from your average Walmart bread aisle   ;D

And the rest I can't remember just now, with it being near to work for me for the day

Next on my list is to build some upper body strength and size  ;D

Hey you may be right about my nose actually there. I think it *is* a bit slimmer

I suppose that may have come out of my use of herbs to clean my body from within, since I have otherwise ate plenty in order to mainly *gain* weight on my face.

It is nice to have it on the cheeks and not on the nose so much though  ;D

Oh yeah, I nearly forgot. Hey listen to *this* if you learned about the relationship between foods we eat and the expression of genes.

A salt of the Earth kind of appearance is always really beloved by everyone, and the original word for the strawberry in the German is "Erdbeere", or "berry of the Earth".

I hope that'll be a little neat idea for you like it was for me. Very mysterious

That is very interesting, thank you.
Your cheeks have definitely filled out for sure, you look healthy and 'stocky' as we say.
But I definitely think your bone structure has adjusted judging from your eyes and jaw shape.
You used to do self NCR didn't you? how did you learn to do it to yourself? I've attempted it a few times, I'm very careful when I'm trying it. I'm planning to start again next week.

As for your nose, I too noticed my nose slimmed down after detoxing so your use of herbs is probably the reason it's changed as you say.
Well done again  ;D

Honestly said I just quit the whole thing. It didn't feel fun or exciting trying it out the first time, and repeated attempts never did increase my confidence.

After I lost the top of a finger balloon up my nostril and haven't seen hair or whisker from it since, I gave up on trying to blow up my skull like a balloon and went with nutrition.

Somehow I think you're right, and the shifting / growing / filling out areas have sort of helped my skull to adjust itself and has changed my bone structure just a tad in a favourable way.

I'm glad about it actually, and I doubt highly that I'll ever try to experiment with blowing my head up with force again.

I'll say, though, that if that head technique could help to free my back totally from pains, that I may try. Although I've been just relieving my pain through foot reflexology, and will more than likely just attend a chiropractor one of these days if I can't even just find another good, true yoga instructor like the first one whose instruction totally released the pain in my spine.

It isn't really my theory, like I said, a Dr whose website I was reading, he was the one that claimed that his face became more 'square shaped' over time following a healthy diet free of anything that could hinder healing. Unfortunately I can no longer find his website or i would share the link with you. He was a out of the box thinker to say the least, he preached that things like fapping are really bad for us and now there is a whole 'No Fap' movement thats gaining popularity. before that, refraining from fapping was only thought of as a bible thing and no one knew the health benefits of not fapping. Sorry if any of the above is offensive! I just want to make a point that this Doc knew his stuff.
Sorry to hear you have back trouble! have you ever heard of  bowen therapy? it's amazing for back problems and pain in the body. but you will need to find a practitioner.
and seriously??? you lost a balloon up your nose?? oh my gosh! thats crazy!  ???

Just the top of it, after the thing made a bang. I guess I inflated it too much!

What herbs did you use by the way?

I found a great book full of all kinds of herbal remedies. The one it recommended for flushing out parasites is wormwood, and/or a whole dozen or so others.

I got a taste for wormwood drink, oddly enough. The extreme bitterness tasted a bit like home somehow.

My health practitioner gives me a mix up of clove and wormwood for parasites.
I use Dr Vogel milk thistle complex tinture every morning in warm water with lemon but when I've ever done a proper detox I usually follow one of the Jason Vales juice masters plans, I particularly like the 30 day clear skin plan as it gives me lots of energy. I haven't done a detox in a few years tho. Currently I'm just making sure to eat things like liver, bone broth, raw milk kefir and sauerkraut.
I've only been doing this for about two weeks tho so haven't seen any massive improvement as of yet, I struggle to stick to healthy eating lol.
So what is it about wormwood that reminds you of home? lol. I can only take about 15 drops in about a pint of water.

I just got a taste for bitter things and like it for some reason or another. But my mother was into magic, and so am I, so there may be a special interest in potions and herbs and things like that.

I didn't really find wormwood or any single herbs to create a miracle. But my thinking on it was, IF I did have any parasites, then it's really not good to be feeding them all the nourishment I was trying to give to my health and body.

So I can't really say that wormwood really made me notice any leaps in health, but if there were any parasites in there robbing the nutrients of my food into their selfish little bellies rather than mine when I did the hard work to chew, then I'm glad to be getting the nutrients to myself again.
