Hello?  I hope this place is still alive.

First off, thank you Ben for sharing your knowledge and experience in order to help others.  And thank you to everyone else who has shared their experiences and transformations.

I'm here to inquire about self-NCR.

It seems there are a lot of people eager to learn self-NCR, but no one willing to inform.

I understand the apprehension.  It is a powerful and potentially harmful technique... but it also has also helped a lot of people.

No one wants to be responsible for hurting anyone, but merely providing information does not harm anyone.  Individuals are responsible for their own decisions and actions.

I don't have the means to see an NCR professional, so I'm desperate to learn how I can help myself.  All I want is information.  Then I can decide whether it will help me.

So, with that said, is anyone willing to provide information regarding self-NCR?

There is another thread on here where the site's administrator explains why he no longer teaches the self-performed technique. Due to liability issues, it's safe protect oneself incase of potential accidents. Sadly, I wish there were how-to examples for doing this, as I need it done myself also. But, lacking in funds I would have to wait years in able to see an actual practitioner. Hopefully, someone will come along providing an example. It would help tremendously. Until then, stay optimistic in the face of uncertainty! ;D

Yeah, I know.  Thanks for the reply.  I'm just so frustrated that I was so close to being able to help myself.  If only I had found this place a few months ago...

I know results aren't guaranteed, and it is potentially harmful, but I need to TRY.  And I can't let it go until I have.  The benefits so outweigh the risks.

I'm willing to pay, sign a waiver, whatever.  I NEED to know how to do this.  It's just cruel to be teased like this.

I'll help you.

You've probably sent me an email and I didn't reply. It's because I receive a few per day and every reply turns into fifteen, which I just do not have the time for. I didn't mean to be rude, I know how badly you want this because I've been there.

I'm going to work on an article where I carefully address the technique and everything while avoiding the liability issues - this information will be free.

I still don't recommend that people do this themselves especially if they can see a practitioner, and I'll get into that more later.

Thank you so much Ben.  You have no idea how happy this makes me.  Thank you, thank you, thank you.

Hi Walrus,

I'm happy to hear that you are going to be able to try out the therapy on yourself! I have been attempting to perform it on myself, and have seen some mild results, from what I'm able to tell. I do not suspect it is difficult to perform. I am not certain if I am performing it correctly, but I have noticed that my ear canal is much straighter now than when I started, however I haven't heard and pops or shifting bones yet.

Once you have grasped the basic procedure and are confident in your ability to perform it, are you willing to teach me, please? I have sent you a bunch of messages, Ben, but the truth is I did not consider that you must get many messages on a regular basis from people just like me, and so I wish to take some of the heat off of you, so to speak. Naturally, I will be eager to help others learn myself, in addition to understanding the potential risks... however, am I alone in thinking that these risks seem so small compared to the risks of simply being alive nowadays???

I read one long article about why NCR must be a crock because one elderly woman's septum was broken by the inflating balloon; using this example, the author tore the procedure brutally apart. I agree it is sad, but is there no consideration for the fact that you have to sign a legal waiver when you have any surgery performed because the list of potential complications and long-term consequences to your health is so long??? Yeesh, the double-standard is enough to make your head spin!

Hey Tyler.  I actually still don't know the method.  When Ben said he was going to help me, I don't believe he meant help just me personally.  I think he meant he was going to help everyone interested in self-NCR by releasing an article describing his method.  So once the article is released, you'll be able to teach yourself.  I don't believe it has been released yet, however.  Hopefully it's available soon.  I'm eager to try it out!

Happy Easter everyone! I have started self treatments again after a 4 month break, and am really excited about the progress made during my last 3 sessions. It's amazing how such a minuscule amount of subtlety can create such a tremendous difference in outcome... our skulls are a lot like Musical instruments, and we each have enough tension locked up inside them that could easily crack a coconut, yet my orthodontist once told me that the ideal pressure to move teeth around was very, very small, about 1.2 to 1.5 grams, not enough force to squish a grape... somewhere in between is a force that can move our bones into totally new configurations! There is really much more information involved in this kind of work than words can actually convey, as myself and many others have discovered.
