Break the Matrix

Hey guys,

I haven't done NCR on myself, as I won't know what the heck I will be doing.  I have no way of knowing which side to do NCR on, nor which nasal passage (there are three on each side!)  Dr. Hillary does mine.

The TMJ Jawpain treatment site is suspended (government interference?).  Anyhow, I contacted the site owner and asked him.  Would be nice to get the html from him and perhaps make a pdf file or document from it.
