Hi Walrus,
I'm happy to hear that you are going to be able to try out the therapy on yourself! I have been attempting to perform it on myself, and have seen some mild results, from what I'm able to tell. I do not suspect it is difficult to perform. I am not certain if I am performing it correctly, but I have noticed that my ear canal is much straighter now than when I started, however I haven't heard and pops or shifting bones yet.
Once you have grasped the basic procedure and are confident in your ability to perform it, are you willing to teach me, please? I have sent you a bunch of messages, Ben, but the truth is I did not consider that you must get many messages on a regular basis from people just like me, and so I wish to take some of the heat off of you, so to speak. Naturally, I will be eager to help others learn myself, in addition to understanding the potential risks... however, am I alone in thinking that these risks seem so small compared to the risks of simply being alive nowadays???
I read one long article about why NCR must be a crock because one elderly woman's septum was broken by the inflating balloon; using this example, the author tore the procedure brutally apart. I agree it is sad, but is there no consideration for the fact that you have to sign a legal waiver when you have any surgery performed because the list of potential complications and long-term consequences to your health is so long??? Yeesh, the double-standard is enough to make your head spin!
