I know 1 person in real life who i know personally, that tried this method and has results from it. She's not doing it that long yet, but the white below her the iris of her eyes disappeared or decreased from it (good thing) , and her cheekbones came out more. She says her face has widens too a bit around the cheekbone area
Basically what she does is put her thumb in her mouth, a bit like how a baby does it (that type of positioning) and then push upwards and forward with her thumb (in between upward and forward) in that sort of hole on top where you automatically put your thumb when you mimic a typical baby that sucks the thumb . She does it multiple times a day for a short period (some minutes like 3). I can not tell if this is the best way to do it, since I hardly read about anyone who uses this method. I do think it's a good way to start, since you can just instantly try doing it straight away without investing any money and see for yourself that you will get results from it (I think - can't guarantee!).
Since the changes in your face might be very gradual I found that a good way to check your progress is to see how much white under your eye's iris remains visible. If you do not have white under your eyes, you can see if the top and/or bottom of your eye's iris gets smaller. So basically your eyes should get a shorter look horizontally.
It would be a good idea if you tried doing it , and tell us if you get results with this method too, so we can all together try to find out what the best way to do this is. Every bit of information on facepulling is welcome, since there is so limited information available!
