How significant has your progress been in these 6 months? Have you been performing/receiving any NCR? Given that you still have potential for improvement in the first place, it should help you push through your plateau by relieving some of the tension you've been accumulating in your skull.

For the past couple of weeks I've been inflating through each turbinate 2-5 times a day depending how much I crave it (got this idea from user Walrus who had had success with increasing the frequency), and it seems like mewing and occassional towelpulling have been more effective during this time than during the previous 1½ months when I was doing inflations only every other day and one side per session. I think my cheeks are finally starting to fill in and eyes beginning to gain more support from orbital rims. Pretty exciting stuff.

I've been using the bare minimum amount of pressure needed to make the ears pop. So far there have been no side effects, so I'm going to keep up with this more intense treatment frequency until my body tells otherwise.
