Any advice for facepulling with teeth crowns?

 Hello all! ;)  I have crowns for my front upper teeth. I am scared If they will move and break with facepulling. Any ideas guys how to do facepulling with it? In my country there is no orthotropist, I wanna make it on my own. Wish to widen palate too. Hope for some advice. :)
