Cranial Restructuring / Re: Long face but still good maxilla?
« Last post by Ryan on February 06, 2018, 04:35:22 am »
I think each individual facial shape are ashould be taken into consideration if one rates the maxilla location and rotation. I think it is definately possible to have a longer face and good maxilla. If you take a frontal picture of a person with a good maxilla, and make it more narrow with photoshop, it will still look like a 'good looking' person, aka a healthy developed face.
The thing is that features tell alot more about the maxilla.

for example

- Is the mouth area located more forwards (as it with with many black people) then the maxilla is usually more forward
- How long is the 'midface' of a person? (height from mouth to eye area). The longer the nose (height) in comparison with the chin and upperpart of face (above eyes) height, the worse the maxilla usually is

I both disagree and agree with the part about races having different faces, but not different maxilas. I believe strongly when looking at different races that, at this moment in time at least, not each ethnicity has an equally forward maxilla in terms of *averages* . I've noticed south europeans and north africans ( 'arabs') more often have a more recessed maxilla, just as black people more often have a  forward maxilla etc etc...This is why I think north africans (arabs) and south europeans usually have more eyelid exposure too than north europeans and long-ish noses that point downward. The more north/west-ish you go (germany, scandinavia etc) , the less eyelid exposure you will usually see and the more 'upturned' the noses will be (on average)

Hi, yes it is.  Since there are many phenotypes among races, some have more narrow features, some more broad. Long face with good placed maxilla and cheekbones is beautiful, often nice models have it. It is very often among noridcs and mediterraneans.  You are lucky to have good placed maxilla, should love your face!!! ;)

Cranial Restructuring / Long face but still good maxilla?
« Last post by test_123 on February 03, 2018, 09:13:17 pm »
Hey, this thing have come across my mind since I'm from german Nordic ancestry, and it's very usual for German/ Nordic people to have a slight narrow face and high set cheekbones, this creating a very long looking face. I have a narrow face, but still very forward grown face in terms of Brow ridge and maxilla. I even consider my maxilla to be too much forward grown as my nose kinda starts tipping into my face in a positive direction.  Is it possible to have a long face and good maxilla, or is it simply just an illusion?

Cranial Restructuring / Soft vs Hard Palate
« Last post by JesusisLord7 on January 23, 2018, 07:36:54 pm »
Do you think it is easier and more effective to face pull on the soft palate than the hard? Or does both need to be pushed when using ur fingers?

Cranial Restructuring / How far did your teeth come forward with facepulling?
« Last post by sophiea13 on January 22, 2018, 11:03:20 pm »
Hello everyone!

I started facepulling almost three years ago.
I noticed many benefits as well as some drawbacks. My jaw became a little unsummetrical. Now I am also using Starecta - which I can highly recommend so far, if you use it correctly - which seems to do great work for balancing my assymetries.

My question to anyone who as been facepulling for quite a while now and has had good results is: How far did your teeth come forward?

I am aiming at bringing them so much forward, that I can smile effortlessly (just opening my mouth) and my upper teeth are visible up to the gums.
Has anyone had that much success with facepulling?

Thank you in advance!
And if you have any questions about my experiences, don't hesitate to ask!

All the best,
Franziska

Cranial Restructuring / Re: Face Pulling technique

That doesn't sound bad at all.

NCR is short for neurocranial restructuring, and it involves inflating latex balloons deep inside your nose/upper throat in order to generate pressure against sphenoid bone and to loosen its hold on maxilla and other bones in the skull. It's excellent for correcting facial asymmetries, even more so than mewing. It's hard to estimate how long it will take you to reach your destination without being able to see any pictures of your face, but most will achieve plenty of progress in 1-2 years, many of those being older than you and me. NCR should speed up this process.

The great thing is that you can perform NCR for yourself without having to pay hundreds of dollars to go see a certified professional. It may look a bit intimidating at first glance, but it's pretty easy and safe to perform once you get the hang of it. PM me your email adress if you're interested and I'll send you the self treatment guide.
Pls could you PM me the self treatement ?
