Cranial Restructuring / Re: Jaw pain from chewing falim gum
« on: April 06, 2017, 03:18:46 pm »
Maybe the problem is that your maxilla is not rotated or located the right way to begin with, which simply shows issues you already may have had. It could be that after facepulling, NCR, beltfacepulling, thumbfacepulling or whatever, your issue might not come at all with the chewming. it could be some bones are dislocated from their most desired location, which by chewing shows the problem. It could be that right now something is not located right and adding pressure on it, shows the problems you might alreay have (structural problems in the literal way). This is just a theory though, but things like TMJ are usually seen in people with small jaws, and small jaws are usually recessed, maxilla low..etc

This is just an idea though, so take it for what you think it's worth.

Cranial Restructuring / Re: how to fix asymmetrical cheekbones

yes it makes sense you want to fix it! I think purely theoretical at least pulling the opposites site of the one you pulled, will recreate the same situation in terms of symmetry as you started with. that would seem the most logical. From there on, another method could be better to solve the asymmetry problem

I think for sure it's better to have symmetry, but as far as it comes to attractiveness, I think it's role is not that big as often thought. With most people who have asymmetry, apart from something like a very uneven nose, you can not really tell in real life, unless they are photographed from purely the front, even if you've known the person for years. Striking features like good defined cheekbones are much more important than symmetry. Symmetry has to be studied, unlike much more apparent overal shapes and their composition to one another. Alot of celebs are full of asymmetry if you study their faces, but it does not really matter anyone much. Some have 1 eyelid visible and the other not, and if you mirror them, it doesnt really look that much better.I would much rather have good defined cheekbones that were a bit uneven than less cheekbones absolutely symmetrical. Not trying to discredit this thread in any way. Symmetry is always better of course, but forward growth and overal harmony between the different parts of the face (golden ratio) are much more important.

I totally agree with progress!

In my idea, weston price type of food is most healthy. Tribes used to eat that kind of food, and have great body and facial development..and no cavities either...perfect wide smiles. I have his book too (weston price's)
the most important vitamins are the fat solutable ones ,  vitamine A,K,D , E...the first ones are availiable in green pasture's fermented cod liver oil. That brand is recommanded by the weston price foundation. I'm not sure how 'indepedant' that organisation is anymore (not saying its not - but you never know these days...big companies take over everything and deliver fake info)..so in my idea is by going what seems to have the least likelyhood to be "faked" is the most strategic way to go .

Zinc , the most masculine mineral, is mostly found animal products. It basically makes you more masculine, especially in the devleopment years. Zincs opposite counterpart is CUPPER. Most people these dasy have way too much cupper in their bodies and way too little zinc. This makes everyone less masculine (And so easy to control ;))...so its important to keep eating naturally fed animal proteins AND FATS. Especially animal fat is healthy (from a propherly bio raised animal that ate grass and not soja or grain since both lesser zinc)

Zinc (Masculine mineral) is closely related to the amount of  testosteron you have . If you lack zinc, your testosteron decreases and the amount of cupper you retain increases. CUpper is related to ESTROGEN and as many of you might already know, we're being overloaded with foods that cause estrogen dominance in the supermarket type of foods, and also in the vegan/vegetarian type of lifestyles. Although those people think they're doing something healthy, vegan and vegeratian diets really are not, since they create a very yin, cupperish-estrogen-loaded (feminine) enviroment in your body. Being filled with cupper and having high estrogen on itself causes your body to get candidas and poor digestion. So you see, the balance betwene zinc and cupper is very important. This explains also why newer generations of men are less masculine than older generations. (pussies are easy to control for those who rule)

More minerals NEED to have a balance in your body, and usually "normal food" (aka food that most peopel eat) only contains one of those. This causes our body to go out of balance

The same is the case with calcium. CAlcium is everywhere, but calcium and magnesium need to be balanced  too. Bones are made out of calcium AND MAGNESIUM. Magnesium is the one that that allows bone to bend but not break, and calcium on the other hand makes bones VERY hard, but easy to break. No wonder that old people break their bones if they fall, because their magnesium-calcium ratios are **** up completl and people get lots of calcium in their bodies each day simply by using tapwater

You see, as you can understand by the name of this website 'breaking the matrix', and general denstistry, usually the opposite of what is overly advertised is healthy is actualyl healthy

So meat is healthier than vegetables, although the last decade(s) or so vegetables and fruit are being advertised being so incredibly healthy. When i tried to begin eating healthy and thinking about foods and their relation to health, I thought too that fruits and vegs were SO healthy , and meat is not ....Most nutricients you get from meat are also in a form our body can use directly, and alot of nutricients and vitamins from plants are in a form your body has to transform into antoher form (where it sometimes needs OTHER nutricients in order to do that) in order to be able to use them.
beta-Carotene is a good example of that....or vitamine K1....all plant based and your body can not really use them..and can sometimes even be unhealthy because they store in your body..

Yeah that's true

pure mass of bone, growth of skull= determined by hormones
HGH/testosterone makes a face manlier, more adult like looking on itself

direction of growth = toungue posture, facepulling, NCR\

However, what we should not forgot that even with the right amount of hormones and thus growth, the lack of growth IN TE GOOD DIRECTION *can* look like a lack of growth of the skulls. Like for example someone is mouthbreathing, it seems like his skull has not ' grown'  wide enough, while in fact the rotation and location of the maxilla influences the final shape of the skull so much, that it may seem like an unmanly (aka low hormones/testosteron face) while in fact its just the direction of growth that has gone wrong.

For example, I look more manly now I did helmet and facepulling. For me , the wider face and the brows being in a more ' dominant' direction, and more horizontal eyes, it just gives a stronger vibe, while all we have changed is the shape, not the mass and not the hormones. that's the cool thing

I think whether someone looks good objectively can be determined by the growth direction
However, the amount of hormones that an ' ideal'  or ' attractive' face has, is subjective

Some women like a more boyish look, some a more rugged look. However, most prefer the direction of growth to be in the right direction..

( i do know examples where this is not the case though - my sister feels attracted to unhealthy looking faces with big eyelids, thin heads etc) which she has too. But that's a subject for another thread I'm planning to create!

Greets all,

Ryan

Cranial Restructuring / Re: Never shaving my beard off again (pic)
« on: February 20, 2017, 04:40:29 am »
Ok I managed to upload a picture to the website. Not sure how to make it visible here

http://imgur.com/a/jvgSG  (THE GUY IN THE PICTURE IS NOT ME )

_________________________________________________________________________________________

I use shaving my beard too, to improve my facial harmony excactly in the same way! I made a picture of how I shave my beard. I photoshopped the picture to draw how i shave my beard

Positive sides:

- Creates a more defined chin shape
- Creates a more defined jawshape
- Gives your head a more square appearance (good!)
- Makes your lower third appear bigger from most perspectives

Possible problems:

- creating the optimal and natural looking shape "jaw line"might not be easy for everyone.
- If your face is very lean/skinny, it might be more visible that the shape of the beard and your jawline are not exactly the same
- If you use the method of leaving certain areas longer or shorter to define the shape of the jaw and chin, it requires more manual work and more creativity
- If your hair is not very dense, you should let the thin areas grow longer than the rest. I use that way because my beard lacks hair on a few areas. It works very well! Shave the edges as sharp as possible if your hair is not dense in all areas. This creates the illusion of a thicker beard, denser beard area. The more undefined the edges are, the thinner the beard will look. You also need stronger defined edges in order to create the shape of the jawline

Tips:

- Always comb the hairs down before shaving
- Use 2 mirrors to see yourself from side perspective. 1 regular big mirror and 1 smaller one you hold in your hand might is a good method that works

I made a long post about how I also use shaving to improve my facial harmony, with a picture with description how to exactly shave it to imrpove your jawline and facial harmony. However, the site does not let me post. it it gives an error

"An Error Has Occurred!

The upload folder is full. Please try a smaller file and/or contact an administrator."

What kind of nonsense is this? the picture was like 96 KB. This is small enough right?
And what is 'upload folder is full" ? Is there such a thing here as upload folder here?

Does anyone know? Took me quite some time to make the picture

Well first of all, congrats with your improvements!
I must say I find it hard to see the difference at this very moment. Sometimes i need to look at pictures longer to see the difference. I think the way you shot the pictures with your camera is done very nicely. They appear the same angle and light seems identical enough,. However, with all these yellow lines not equally painted over both faces, I think it makes it harder to see subtile changes for people who are not familiair with your face like us . The more everything is the same in both pics, the more the difference in your bones/shape becomes visible. Why did you only use half your face?

asymmetry is one of the few things that are easier to be seen for someone who is not familiair with their face. If you could show both sides we could see that difference. Of course if it's a privacy concern I understand! In 1 picture we see more of your face than in the other. one is really a half and the other isnt..all these things make it harder to see the difference.

I can see your chubby cheek being slimmer on the right picture indeed!

Did the amount of eyelid visible decrease?

Ryan

Hey guys..
By searching in google pics, i found this forum and guy posting before and after pics

http://www.shapeyourface.com/syfbb/viewtopic.php?f=5&t=231&sid=bbd9c51b3d1ec8e2b7a73e4b71f2bcc0

Since I think it's always interesting to see other people and their progress I think you guys might like to see it too, cause the amount of information availiable on this topic is so limited...so when i see people and their progress , it feels motivating to me

He clearly has progress I think, but I do think the angle is a bit deceiving that both pictures are taken. The camera is looking more town on him in the before picture, making his lower third of his face seem smaller..but still has progress.

What do you guys think of it?

Greets

Ryan

Cranial Restructuring / Re: What can we do about a receded chin?
« on: February 06, 2017, 11:53:27 pm »
I'd say that chewing gum in the front area (like front teeth) of your mouth should also help with a recessed mandible. I'm trying that right since a few days now

Why exactly did you stop facepulling and why so much chewing. I'd like to hear your story , and why you came to doing waht you do now and why you came to doing what you did back then

Hi jamo716,

Big improvement...Congratulations!......It's actually motivating indeed, and good pics always help the community to keep feeling motivated.

Would it be possible to show us some more pics? I've seen a few online somewhere of I think you in a bathroom with recent pics, with almost not visible eyelids anymore (after pic) and one of you from a sort of blurry photograph

And what is your routine ATM?

Cranial Restructuring / Re: Chewing with Your Mouth Open
« on: January 15, 2017, 02:32:51 pm »
Hi  ginger Slayer

Thanks for sharing your results with us. Why in specific is it with mouth open? Do you really feel like you can chew less powerful with your lips together...? They both seem such different systems (lips and chwing) that i  fail, without further explanation, to see  how that impacts eachother?

Is there is a speific way you can tell us how hard you chew? It may be a bit hard to describe..but any more info would help

Also , in the 5 months you tried chewing, what are the other differences? Did you chew mastic gum back then too..and for the same amounts of time  as now?

How many hours a day do you chew now?

THanks for your info beforehand

and lol..with a name like 'schlayer'i do not have to ask which forum you are coming from
