I've been around this forum for maybe half a year and decided I should make an account by now.
Anyways, I've read much about NCR technique and people's experiences and I am really interested in performing it on myself since there are no practitioners where I live...

Does anyone have the NCR guide they might like to share with me, please..? I really want to improve myself and NCR is worth a try while mewing and correcting head posture.
