yeah it feels a little weird.i have a bit of forward head posture which i think is also responsible for my shoulder imbalance.my right trap is also a bit lower than than the left.i'm doing some neck stretching exercises the last few weeks to improve the problem.

i have an issue too.i dislocated my right shoulder 5 years ago and ever since the doctors put it back in my right shoulder is more forward than the left.my right side of my face is more recessed too.my right face side was recessed before i suffered the dislocation so i don't know if it's correlated but the injury definitely won't help in getting my face symmetrical

one other question i have is,can asymmetrical cheekbones be fixed if you have a deviated septum?because the maxilla is connected to the nasal area.so is it necessary for the deviated septum to be fixed first before the cheekbones become symmetrical?i'm a bit confused about this.

Cranial Restructuring / chewing hard foods
« on: April 20, 2017, 07:52:46 am »
i have an autoimmune skin disease called seborrheic dermatitis and in order to heal it i have to eat super-healthy (i am a whole food-plant based eater) and i must look at every ingredient in packaged foods, detergents, toothpastes, soaps etc.my progress towards healing dermatitis has stopped & has gotten a little worse and i believe one of the reasons could be some of the ingredients in the mastic gum that i chew so i've stopped chewing it.my question is if i stop chewing gum how many hard foods per day should i eat in order to build good muscle tone?i currently eat fibrous foods like 1-2 oranges,1 green apple,1-2 hard vegetables and a handful of pumpkin seeds every day.is it enough?

luckily my thumb has gotten used of the soreness so im able to do it as many times as i want.i've read that pushing in different locations on your palate will improve different areas of your face,so i'm wondering should i push right behind my front teeth to improve my mandible asymmetry first or should i push under my nasal area to improve my maxilla asymmetry?or should i do both and not wait until one area is fixed before moving on to another?
