Does anyone have a guide to Self NCR, and Face Pulling???
Has anyone ever put up any YouTube videos about their Experiences, that would be pretty awesome.

You should consider reading the whole forum; there's a lot of information about self NCR and face pulling.
If you know nothing about it, start here jawpain-tmjtreatment.com, Plato's website covers everything pretty much, from orthodontics to face pull to NCR
Also, there're some posts about people sharing their experiences with the treatments
I will create one of those myself, as soon as my NCR tools arrive!.
As far as I'm concerned, Face pulling is not that hard to perform, and it has given me satisfactory results, not in my appearance, but it did a lot for my jaw. My jaw used to crack a lot, even when I was chewing it would make sounds... it wasn't painful, so I didn't care at all, in fact, I used to do rhythms with it.
After one month or 2 doing face pulling, the crunches disappeared entirely, then I was able to chew better, what made my jaw acquire a stronger shape and for sure my mid face also improved a bit
