CP, the nose job is obvious!  lol.

That's what I call my NCR nose straightening.  I say to people that "I got a nose job for only $800" (first session with Hillary).   ;D

I definitely got the wider forehead after the second session.  The forehead and cheekbones were more obvious then.
Definitely a huge difference after only TWO sessions.

..............

I have a 3rd session coming up next month, and I can't wait to see what will result from that.

re top 2 images, sure you are not smiling slightly in the right image? I mean was your face completely expressionless in both pictures?
Same goes for lower 2 images ("Occipital headaches and body pain"), but with the left image appearing to be smiling slightly.

I'm sorry I can't see any difference with the nose, but I'm glad you're happy with the results. I don't have money for something like this which is why I asked bstratt for info :(

Hi CP,

I got my tooth extracted by a traditional dentist. As a result, my face changed a lot. I was looking for ways to improve my facial structure which was changed a lot by the extractions. I wanted to try the palatal expansion but is afraid that it might not go well with my desired result. I really am very interested with face pulling. As much as possible, i wanted to have a self-treatment. Is there a video wherein face pulling is demonstrated? Maybe it would be the answer to my prayers. Thank you.

Hello CP I have been reading your blog with great interest, You mention face pulling has been very beneficial to you. This is something I have tried, cautiously and is something i will continue to experiment with occasionally (not too much for for fear of creating an overbite). I have mixed feelings about my own ortho treatment and I admire your courage for taking the steps to rectify the damage that your orthodontist has caused and taking control of your own destiny...

Yes your pictures do speak a thousand words.... I too have noticed a similar "smooth and high" look start to develop in my own forehead and frankly, I think it is the giveaway to people who have undergone this kind of treatment before. It makes me realize the key to being considered physically attractive has more to do with the upper and lower face than we consciously take note of in every day life. Its the reason why actors and elite sports people are considered so photogenic because their whole faces are greater than their sum of parts, its something they are either born with or develop through training. It's the same reason anorexics and hard core drug addicts tend to get less attractive over time because there are certain underlying negative changes in their skull shape and facial symmetries.

I am having a 3rd NCR session with Hillary in November.  Wanted to do the 3rd one at the end of this month, but it would overlap with the local Zumbathon which I don't want to to miss.    ;D  Gotta get my Zumba dance groove on!

Sometime after the 3rd or 4th session, I want to look up Ranan Shahar and get another AtlasPro from him.  There is a Blair upper cervical chiropractor close by, but I just didn't get the results from him, as I did from the first AtlasProfilax.  The Blair technique was just overly aggressive, I thought.  It didn't help.  There are no NUCCA chiropractors anywhere close to us.  I live in the worst possible area for cutting edge tech and practitioners.  Meh.

Alex, I am definitely interested in the acupuncture points you mentioned.  Anything to help the process along.  I think I have a few needles around here somewhere.  I'm not an acupuncturist, but I have needled a troublesome area or two before, because I knew where the point was, and a guy who did acupuncture on me let me have a few needles.

Alex, would you mind if I friend request you on Facebook?  (I found your page, btw, from your email address.  Hehehe.)

What I would LOVE to know is what exact points that Dr. Anna Baker uses in her acupuncture face lift.  She says she doesn't put them in the face, but there are two points above the forehead, behind the ears, and on the head.  I know where two of them are, but not the rest.

1. What is Dr. Anna's Acupuncture Facelift?
The combined facelift and necklift treatments use 12 strategically placed needles on the scalp and neck (none on the face), which 3-dimensionally tighten the underlying muscles of the face, neck and chin. Through a series of progressive treatments, patients regain their youthful appearance in a painless and relaxing procedure, at a fraction of the cost of invasive surgery. Dr. Anna's lift only requires a one treatment refresh every 18 months.

2. How does Dr. Anna's Facelift compare to other Surgical and Non-surgical Lifts?
Other non-surgical facelifts, including the standard acupuncture facelift which puts up to 50 needles on the face itself, rely on micro-damaging the muscles to cause collagen to come repair the area. This causes temporary puffing out of lines and wrinkles which goes away as soon as the area has healed. The treatments must be repeated monthly to maintain the effect. Dr. Anna's facelift stimulates all the muscles of the face and neck to tighten progressively back towards their original position and returning the compact proportions of youth.

I had asked my local acupuncturist to do some points for my face, and he flat out refused to do so.  With that in mind, my hubby didn't want to take me to see him anymore.  He wanted to do what HE wanted to do, never mind what I wanted.  ::)

But I LOVE acupuncture.

Just a quick update.

I seem to be making better progress recently, this may be due to 2 things.

1, I am now getting NUCCA treatments, to realign the Atlas and consequently the whole spine.

and 2, I started taking a log on an excel file on what sort of sensations I feel in each passageways everytime I treat.

I seem to notice I wasn't getting that much movement on the left side, so I decided to use two layers of balloon for the left side, thinking that maybe it was locked up and I wasn't using enough pressure.

Soon enough I started noticing more and more movement on the left side as well as the right....

In the past 2 weeks, I have noticed my head continues to get rounder, better symmetry/balance in the face. Nose is little bit straighter.

Hard to believe it's almost a year since I started this. (I started November of last year)

And I feel like I'm still learning...

How is everyone else's progress?

Alex, I am certain there are an unlimited number of ways to improve this therapy, and people with their own expertise in areas like acupuncture are invaluable in the potential to improve an already good thing.

Dr. Howell created his little empire from improving bilateral nasal specific, and a guy in florida has found a variety of ways to improve neurocranial restructuring which he turned into a very successful business.

Please email me at bstratt25@gmail.com with your ideas and information

Yes sounds good, i have got some serious cranial problems myself.

I am a acupuncturist i just wanted to help you with your face restructuring, If your keen you can but your own acupuncture needles and needle the temporalis muscles on the sides of the head that dramtically opens the sphenoid bones and drains the brian really nicely. feel free to ask me questions if your keen.

PS i would love to know what tool you use to do your own NCR, would love to stay in contact. I dont know if i will keep checking this forum but i love people on this same path.

My email coecrystals@gmail.com

Feel free for q's and exchanges in knowlege and practice

Hello Everyone, I've been aware of this site for a few weeks now and finally I decided to post some of my testimonial on my self treated NCR or I prefer to call it endo-nasal balloon because what I am doing isn't really NCR (NeuroCranial Restructure), since as you all may know, no balance testing of any kind is done prior to treatment.

So what I do is more like bi nasal specific.

I was taught by Ben months ago about this technique. I think January of this year to be exact. I was looking into NCR but was at lost seeing that there were no NCR doctor nearby me and I was a college student with no money.

Anyway I've been doing the therapy since January. I guess there were many times where I wasn't doing the therapy as effectively as I could hence, I am making more / better progress recently.

One of my main issue was that I was placing the balloon too far into the nasal cavity before expanding it. and sometimes I would push the balloon into the throat before expanding.

This is sort of hard to reiterate with words but having the balloon expanding in the nasal cavity FIRST and then expanding into the throat made the balloon expand more tightly and hit the sphenoid more effectively. where as if you begin expanding in the throat and the balloon is not "Tight" within the nasal cavity, then the balloon just expanding down in the mouth area. and not actually hit the sphenoid all that well.

what I thought of was this, if you take the balloon and couple it with your hand, and you expand it, your hand acting as the Nasal Walls, if the balloon is tightly snug within the hand, and the balloon pushes itself through, then when you expand into the throat or the opening of the hand, in this case, the balloon expands with a lot more pressure. then if the balloon were to hang loosely out of the hand already and then begin expanding. the balloon will obviously just go down into the mouth.

so at first what I do is let the balloon "prime" itself in the nasal cavity first, and then get it to the point where the balloon is just about to poke out to the other side into the "throat area", this is right before the balloon is about to hit the sphenoid.. so making sure the balloon is snug in the nasal cavity, I do one last full squeeze and the just sort of let it the expanded balloon hold or second, when it goes all good, I feel expansion and movement of the sphenoid, and feel it near the ears and also afterwards my head feels expanding from inside out. It is also common that I hear a gentle "pop" noise. similar to when you go to high altitudes and your ear pops.

I've performed countless sessions now. although some were not as effective as others, I think I can say that it never made my structure any worse than before. It has been incrementally improving. and I will continue this therapy. Sometimes I doubt if it is really working. and maybe NCR doctors will be able to produce more effective results, however comparing before and after photo's it is clear I am making progress. The beauty is it is free. I appreciate Ben's help a lot through this, and teaching me this.

In conjunction with NCR I am also face pulling, and I will begin palate expansion in 3 weeks with a orthodontist.  I had 4 bicuspids extracted for braces earlier in life. Now I am going to reopen the spaces and get implants. and expand the arches.

I keep a blog about my physical restructure process if anyone wants to follow: www.claimingpower.com
