Hi! I cannot wait to try some of those natural herbs for hair.

I wish I had heard of NCR 5 years ago when I had 2 premolars and wisdom teeth extracted followed by 5 years of ortho work.

I had a major spiritual wake up call in 2005 when I became chronically ill with Lyme infection and realized that no one in the main stream was really capable of helping me recover. Applied Kinesiology literally saved my life that year... Then the fun started I become a avid follower of Hulda Clarke and spent 2 years in **** detox mode, tried liver cleanses, herbal treatments, H2O2 therapy, ORMUS, electronic blood zapping, colonics, mega vitamin therapy, urine as medicine you name it, if it helped I tried it. It has ALL helped! So glad to meet more people online who know how to put their health into their own hands and be responsible for it.

Now my health is good again I see my skeletal problems are the last roadblock to fully living my life again, there are huge gains to be made via this therapy.

Hi everybody,

I would like to introduce myself and to thank the author for such a great web site.  Your nicely summarizes some great information, much of which I have never seen before.  I plan to try the toothpaste soon, fermentation, as well as improving my eyesight.  The cranial restructuring information is very interesting.

I am a middle age male living in Kentucky with my family.  I have put forth considerable effort to educate my oldest son to all the lies that are perpetuated on society.  I have been watching the chemtrails for years.  Who ever is doing it isn't nearly as blatant about the spraying as they used to be.  I picked up a couple of orgonite pendants a couple of years ago and did observed some effects.  I can not feel any kind of energy coming from them and did not pursue orgonite further until reading your website.  I recently got a couple from ebay and observed a slight change in attitude in the office in which I work.

We hope to move to a more rural setting while remaining close enough to the city to satisfy my urbanized wife and children.  To improve our nutrition and to save genetic diversity we started a garden this year and picked up four domesticated ducks for egg production.  With the heat wave the garden didn't turn out so good, but the ducks are doing great and should be producing soon.  They are also more interesting to watch that tv.

When the Earthing book came out I picked it up.  The book was great in that the authors provided visual evidence to prove their points, something most new agey style books doesn't do.  And when I do it and focus my mind I can feel sensations coming from the earth in my feet.

My thanks to the author for a concise and informative web site.

Hey Lex,

Welcome to the forum!

Unfortunately some of the best information is hidden and not discussed very openly.  All boils down to financial incentive...  your disease and malfunction is everyone else's profit. Glad I can do my part to twist this around and make all my financial incentives to help people and heal people as much as possible. Not at all lucrative so far, lol, but I'll keep trying.

Yes the Earthing book is really great.. I know it's readable online and I wish I could share that with people for free, but it would be at the expense of the author I suppose.

Good luck and feel free to post here - I'd love to see an active community develop here.

Hi my name is Bilal and I'm from France. I discovered your website and forum through "Vigilant Citizen" because I really interested in public misinformation, lies, mind control, secret society and all that is rotten in our beautiful world. And I'm also trying to speak about these touchy subjects with my family and some of them seem to be convinced too that something is off in our modern society.

I tried your black soap + rosemary shampoo with great results  ;) and I think I'm gonna try your other recipes as soon as I can. :)

Greetings to you all.  Saw a link from the DI site and since I am overwhelmingly in love with natural health, ways of healing and being the best I can be I thought to have a look in.  I am from the UK, where they skies are grey ... almost rhymes.

Off to work now so will return and hopefully have some healthy interaction ;D

Hey my name is Bert, I'm from the UK and I found out this website by initially researching on closing the gaps in my teeth( basically through research I came from that to functional orthodontist to face pulling device to this site!) I'm wondering how much of an effect NCR would have on my facial aesthetics and cranial shape. I definitely do not have the money to spend on qualified practitioners so maybe self treating is going to be my option for now.

I'm not really looking for a solution as I have never had any extractions done or any accidents to my head. Rather I'm looking for enhancements. How close to my genetic potential can I get! my mom told me when I was really young I suffered from mumps so I am not sure how much of an effect that had on me but in any case I'll be sure to see what other people are doing for their development.

Ok. Good luck with that. There's a lot of info on the website to "enhance" yourself!  :)

Hi everyone!

Excited to have found this site, I've been doing research on many of these subjects for a few years and it's nice to find a community interested in the same things. Definitely going to try the organite, ncr, and shampoo!

I also am a barefoot runner, and have had lots of positive experiences with earthing.  Let me know if anyone is interested in learning more about barefoot/minimalist lifestyle - I can recommend some good books!

Hi, everyone!

My name's Tyler, and I'm from the Eastern region of Canada. I'm very excited to have learned so many wonderful steps that I can take to take charge of optimizing my health, and Ben's work here will no doubt aid me in my journey to perfect optimization!

I am not registered for post-secondary school yet, but I'm going to be attending college in September. My goal is to one day open my own health supplement store, where I can sell only the health products that fit within the "Perfect" diet, in addition to offering my services as a combination health coach / NCR practitioner. I want to discover a method of optimizing the health of others that is very cheap, if not free, and finance my work as a healer with an additional source of income if I need to; after all, the health and prosperity of our species and planet is way more important than money, wouldn't you agree? There are times when I feel that we are the pioneers of a new "free love" movement, however instead of being associated with whining passivity, this time it is a "free love" movement that is associated with productivity in the face of life's challenges!

As an interesting factoid, the "peace" symbol of the Hippie Movement is based on the Death Rune, which seems to mirror the passive attitude and behaviour of peace demonstrators of that era. In fact, the symbol was designed with that very symbol of defeat in mind! Check it out sometime - and then let's create all be part of an improved movement using the Life Rune (which looks a lot like a tree or a man lifting his arms up confidently, IMHO, instead of a guy shrugging his shoulders) instead!

I attached a picture of myself to show you guys what I look like. I've performed balloon therapy on myself a few times, in addition to having spent over a month using a near-infrared sauna, so my skin is much healthier now than it was three months ago. Sadly, I did not take pictures when I started to document my progress, but I'll keep you guys updated as I go along!

I'm so happy to meet all of you, and Ben, I don't think you could have chosen a better name for your web site! I still do not know how to vocalize it in more elegant terms, but I know that "breaking out of the matrix" has been my life's singular mission as soon as I became capable of comprehending the bizarre world we live in today!
