Hey guys! My name is Rozelyn. I've had my eyes glued to this forum for the last few hours! It just kept getting better and better. First of all, the aspirations for facial symmetry I can totally relate to. Then I saw a few of you referencing the golden mean ratio mask. And I thought I was the only one obsessed with lining up to that thing! ;) another plus is that you guys are into holistic health. *faints* did I just find my soul tribe?

Anyway, a little about me.. I'm currently nineteen, focusing on sharing my revelations with mankind via YouTube videos, and attempting to sculpt my body to perfection. Sounds a bit vain! I just know beauty is a reflection of health, and being in optimal health is my goal.

I grew up on the standard American diet (SAD). Needless to say it made me super sad. I was overweight, unhealthy, and stuck with a permafrown on my face. *sigh* that's all behind me now. Thanks to this forum I haven't had to resort to plastic surgery. I had hesitations about doing so due to it being unnatural. I think I would have felt like a phony. I can't wait to start face pulling and practicing NCR. By the way, shoutout to Ben, Plato, and Tyler for saving me thousands. Now I know with confidence I can reconstruct my facial structure. Yippee! Thanks for letting me share with you all :) I'm happy to be part of the fam. Here's a picture of me that I took today. Can't wait to share my progress with you all! Love, Roz.

Welcome :)

This isn't the most busy forum on all of the Internet but it's definitely a small group of very intelligent cranium enthusiasts. It's such an unlikely and quirky special interest we share here.

Sometime this year I will probably deactivate my website since I'm moving on to other things, but I'll always keep this forum up. It's a nice community.

You can share your youtube channel here by the way.

I do want to say, however you are going about this, proceed with reasonable caution and don't get your hopes up too high. Wait to see how things go. I'd love to say everyone gets the same results but I'd be lying. So good luck and feel free to keep everyone up to date with your experience. Hope you enjoy the forum :)

I'm glad to hear you're keeping the forum up. This seems like a nice place to document progress.

I agree, I shouldn't expect too much as far as results go but any improvement will make me happy :) I'm mostly excited about being able to breathe more effectively. Anywho.. I'm excited to finally be chatting with you after all the time I spent reading your posts, lol.  Thanks for leading me here.

Also you might be interested in vitamin K-2. I was reading last night something about k-2 being responsible for facial symmetry and bone development. You might have heard of it before.. It's often taken in conjunction with d-3 to help decalcify the pineal gland.

Here's the link to my YouTube channel by the way:

I'm interested in the K2, but haven't been able to find a good clean one (without added magnesium stearate, maltodextrins, and other un-needed fillers).  I can get the Vitamin K1 in the form of Biotics Research Bio-K Mulsion.  But it's only K1, but is clean.  A liquid version of K-2 would be the best.

And welcome to the forum!  Your picture reminds me of Jaime Alexander.

And Ben, please don't take your site down.  I refer alot of people to it, to read up on the history of NCR, and other therapies.  The basics and history need to stay, and I would be greatly aggravated to have to search for all of it again.

Thanks for the heads up about the k-2! I'll keep a look out for a clean product for both of us. In the meantime I think I might try to make my own natto (fermented soybeans) because it is a natural source of k-2. Besides, I love fermented foods and soybeans.

As for the website, a good idea might be to save the information in PDF form, so you can attach the file to emails for convenience purposes. Just a thought :) or perhaps A new thread could be started with the history of NCR being the first post?

Thank you for the compliment :D I looked her up and she's beautiful. I often get Marilyn Monroe and Scarlett Johanson. Marilyn's face fits the golden mask perfectly, so she is the ideal beauty in my opinion.

Awesome Thanks!  We refer the Biotics Research K-1 product to expectant parents who want to avoid the Vitamin K shot for their newborns.  The shot itself is toxic and is K-3 (unusable by the body!).  Liquid chlorophyll, leafy greens is also good for expectant mothers, and most can avoid that shot.  I don't do any kind of soy (Soy is GMO), but do love the fermented cod liver oil.

Jaime Alexander played Jessie on the Kyle XY series.  I loved that snarky character Jessie, and she played that part well. She plays Sif on the Thor movies.  I would love to have her face anyday!

My face is FAR from lining up with any Golden Mean Ratio, although it looks much better now.  I have too much buccal fat, and my nose is too big for my face.

I bought one of those NasoFix things to slim it down, since the end is cartilage and easier to manipulate.  In addition to that, I will see about a vShape by Alma Lasers to do further contouring, and other lasers for resurfacing.  My skin itself is pretty good for my age, so I do have something to work with from there.

I found you on facebook by your name, and followed you on there.

It's funny that her character name is Jessie because that's actually my birth name :)

I take chlorophyll and spirulina nearly everyday in my superfood smoothies. It does wonders for my skin. As for the soybeans, I only eat organic soy beans and organic soy milk. I'm pretty picky about what I eat too because I partly think being raised on a nutrient deficient diet caused the asymmetries I have now. Doesn't bone renew itself over seven or ten years though? Hopefully the k-2 along with a better diet can help developed more symmetrical bones over time. Hmm..

I've seen your pictures documenting your progress. I think you've come a long way! You look vibrant. Did you personally notice any spiritual/emotional benefits from NCR or face pulling?

Thanks for all your kind words.

I haven't noticed any spiritual benefits from NCR, but those came right after AtlasProfilax back in 2006.  Emotional is much better, I think partly due to improved appearance, plus not having near as much body pain.  I'm doing the ABC (Advanced Biostructural Correction) along with NCR which helps the unwinding process go even faster.  Not as much in the winter, since we are stuck inside due to snowy weather and icy conditions.

I had a crappy diet when a young child too, plus my parents insisted I go to the dentist and during the process ruined my teeth, and face.  One pulled a permanent tooth instead of the baby tooth, and left my mouth with three baby teeth remaining until adulthood.  Plus, my mother NOT watching me when I was little and left at home by myself for a few moments, and playing in the back yard, I got kicked in the face by a horse which had gotten loose from the neighbor's house.

I had dentist drilling and filling in imaginary cavities and putting mercury in.  When I got older, those spots were stains, not cavities and I started taking them off myself with a toothpick and baking soda.  My parents basically ruined my face and my health.  Not to mention, they never fought for us to refuse the vaccines, I also didn't need.

There were always cheap boxed cereals, canned foods and no supplements.  The times we did have eggs, steaks, chicken and raw onions, lettuce and tomatoes, I was always thankful for the real food when it came.   I would have loved the raw veggies and fruits back then.  We picked blackberries, honeysuckle and green wild onions and anything that did grow wild in the yard and nearby fields and woods.

It's taken me YEARS to regain my health from the lifelong deficiencies and unneeded treatments.  At least I look better and feel better.

I'm so thankful and grateful for these cutting edge treatments and tech nowadays.

Hi everyone,

Firstly I want to thank Ben for creating this forum and to everyone who as contributed thus far. Keep up the good work.

Now for my introduction. My name is Ian or as my friend Plato from the face pulling site http://jawpain-tmjtreatment.com/ likes to refer to me, "patient zero". I am sure that many of you will be familiar with my photos that are online and my story.

I am going to post my full story on the thread started by Dr Mike Mew if you would like to read it there.

I just wanted to introduce myself and let you all know that I fully supportive of everyone on here and what you are all trying to achieve.

I am also the only fully certified NCR therapist in the UK and the only full time one in Europe. I was personally trained by Dr Dean Howell, the developer of NCR at the research institute in San Diego. I have a practice in Lancashire in the northwest of England but am free to travel wherever to treat people. I can offer NCR at a much lower rate than Dr Howell because I don't have such expensive overheads. I have personally had over 50 series (200 inflations) with Dr Howell and Plato and I wore the FaceMAX face pulling device for 3 years plus and I have extensive first hand knowledge of many different types of ortho appliance, including ALF's.

I can be contacted on ianhedley1@hotmail.co.uk if anyone has any personal questions or queries or alternatively I can be contacted on here.

Yours in health,

Ian Hedley

Hi I just want to introduce myself. I found this forum about 2 days ago through searching face pulling and I'm very happy that I found it.

Ive been researching methods to reverse my traumatic extraction orthodontics for the past two weeks and I'm surprised at how many peoe have gone through it. Ive never took the time to question how much my face changed until I started looking into palate expanders online. I noticed the faces of people with beautiful, full toothed smiles and square jaw lines. I began crying last night when I realized how much potential my face could have had and how I may have suffered depression, irritability and breathing problems simply because I had extractions. All 4 of my premolars were removed. I also was recommended to remove my wisdom teeth so there is not hope for me to have 28 teeth. I have decided that I am not going to get implants because I cannot take the chance of having complications from it. The cost is too expensive and the idea of having metal in my mouth doesn't feel safe.

So, Ive come across many different methods to reverse the extraction but like I said I'm not willing to do implants. I found out about homeoblock, and Mike Mew's orthotropics, face pulling, ALF and NCR among other appliances. I fortunately found this website and am so happy that Ive found a group of people who have the same concern aboutheir facial structure and improving it. I found the TMJ website with Plato's story but it doesn't seem like its active.

Anyway, I started pushing the back molars on the left side of my face yesterday and noticed a huge difference in my breathing and concentration that improved dramatically. Ivr had depression and trouble concentrating in school so much that I had to drop out. And I'm dreading going back in a few months. I was talking to my dad and noticed that when he was telling me something I could not only understand it better but could respond faster. It was if my thinking the got faster. I also noticed that when started raising his voice it didn't bother me or make me nervous the way that it usually does. I also started breathing better and felt like a rush of oxygen to my brain. I don't see any physical differences on my face but it seems like I can feel a major difference in thinking and breathing. Being able to just think more clearly is what astounds me the most because I was considering taking a drug or getting on adderall to deal with school for the next few months. I had decided that I was just going to finish school and  after I'm done with college start working ANYWHERE I don't have to think. For example, my parents are pushing me to go to grad school for master's degree and I just refuse to because I know that it will be torture for me to study and I just can't understand anything in lectures. Even watching movies is difficult for me and I have to watch them with subtitles.

So, I just started that little pushing in the back of my molars yesterday and I can't believe it. I can also place my tongue further on the right side of my face which I've never been able to do before. I feel as though I might have created more space in that area. I'm going to continue doing this and see what happens. :)

Welcome to the forum Ian and Rachel!

It will take me a LONG time for 50 NCR series, considering I have to pay nearly the same amount for travel expenses as the NCR itself.  My face still needs ALOT of work.  Nose is still too big, mouth (lips) too small, and undeveloped mandible, and unfortunately too many missing teeth, thanks to ignorant parents who took me to medical idiots that ruined my mouth at a young age.

In order to do it myself, I'm going to have to take the EndoNasal Cranial Correction version from Jesse Jutkovitz, since the training costs are much less.

@Rachel.  I can relate to crying at what my face could have been.  I'm still very upset over it, although I've had 7 NCR sessions, and have had much improvement.  My NCR doctor (Hillary Lampers, ND) does not do the Face Max as some of the other NCR doctors are now doing.  I think she's had the training, but just doesn't want to use it with her clients/patients.

So in between sessions, I just use my fingers and push out in the same direction as shown on Plato's site and put them in the same area as the wires would have been.  I've been getting results with that.

I would love to have palate expansion done, but there are no practitioners nearby that offers that either.  To fill in gaps, I want to use the SnapOnVeeners, as I feel the same as Rachel about metal implants in my mouth.  My dad had implants and he ended up getting cancer not long afterwards, so it is a NON solution for me.  My only hope is that the stem cell teeth would be coming in the near future.

Just in case people find me 'weird' hanging around here, and missed my first post...

I'm basically looking to NCR for a resolution to my non-specific learning troubles, which are somewhat atypical in relation to the 'standard' ones, i.e ADHD, but nonetheless pretty crippling for any more complicated tasks.

I was delivered via rather panicked forceps, which I believe to be the source of the problem, rather than neurotoxicity from vaccines and all, as is often cited as the premier suspect on the alternative health blogs on the web. I didn't really have any vaccines, bar a couple, and under different conditions to the norm.

Hi MessiahMew,

Thank you for welcoming me. Like I said before, I really appreciate this forum. I feel that I may have found the reason behind some problems that I didn't even know I had and thought they were just a part of who I am. That I would always feel abnormal or uncomfortable in my body.  It wasnt until i started researching about this problem of having extractions that i found out about other people with the same stories and who have positive experiences with HOLISTIC treatments. I think it's important to emphasize the word holistic because messing with any part of your body often has effects and consequenced on other parts of your body that you may not even realize. For example, I'm almost 100% certain that having the premolar and wisdom tooth extractions has affected my breathing greatly and led to anxiety. I can't exactly prove this but i think I just feel uncomfortable all the time because i cant breathe as well. Especially, in serious situations. I cant talk for a long period of time without having to take a huge gasp of air and I feel hard to communicate in those moments.

I haven't purchased any equipment yet, like a helmet or mouth guard but I believe that I will soon. I have also made an appointment with a regular doctor to see what they would suggest about my face and the breathing. I don't expect them to be holistic as they are from a regular hospital but am hoping that they'll refer me to a specialist.
@MessiahMew, I have seen your photos of the changes in your profile after NCR therapy and it really looks stunning. I can't believe that much progress has been made. Congratulations! :) I can relate to you on having my teeth be affected by my parents but I think if they were educated about this it would have been prevented. I still get so angry with my mom about this though. I have been trying what you do, with just pushing at my back molars to go forward with my fingers and I feel a little bit of progress and more space for my tongue. I'm not sure what exactly the results will be for me, as I don't want it to look like I have a gap when I smile.

@MessiahMew, I'm also sorry to hear about your father's cancer. Thank you for sharing that. I think it's so important to let people know about that. My mom was thinking about getting dental implants and now I am even more sure that it's not a good idea. And also, thank you for the input on snap on veneers. It's the first time I've heard of it.

I'm really glad I found this forum!

Hello to everyone,

My name is Bee and I am so excited I found this website! I come here almost everyday to see if there are any new post, this is by far one of my favorite sites.

Anyhow, let me make a long story short. When I was eighteen I had my bicuspids removed, headgear, and braces. They kept the braces on for almost three to four years, yikes. I guess you don't know what you don't know. After they took off the braces I did not see a problem, if anything I thought I looked better. I did notice after a few years that my nasal labial folds looked weird, deep lines and my smile was quite small. Fast forward ten years later, now I really see the damage. Oh my goodness, the horror of looking in the mirror, the dreadful feelings and regrets!!

I have loads of issues now, the neck pain, the grinding (teeth worn down), the ear problems, the visual issues, breathing...what is breathing? My maxillae looks caved in like someone punched in my mouth, high mandible, increased lower facial height, bags under my eyes, no cheek bones, small lips, open bite from tongue thrusting (not enough room for my tongue). I could go on and on but you get the picture.

I don't even want to socialize with people, I dislike the way I look, I appear to look older than I am. My chin is about to hit the floor. It looks like my mandible is on a vertical slant, I have so much room on the side of my cheeks (three fingers can fit in there), that is how narrow my upper palate is.

I went to see a TMJ specialist and he had me go around in circles, getting MRIs and medical test to just come up empty handed. His best suggestion was....get ready... to remove four more teeth! His theory was: remove the wisdom teeth and the open bite will close. After thousands of dollars later, that was the best he could come up with.

Previous to that I had other consultations but got no where. So, I had enough and went on this eight month journey of non stop searching. In the process that is how I found this site, Mike/John Mew, Plato/Kevin, Claiming Power, Dr. Hang, Dr. Smith, Ian Hedley, Dr Howell, the list could go on and on.

Anyone have any suggestions on what step to take next? I started Myofunctional therapy and currently I am seeing Dr. Gerald H. Smith, we might start the ALF due to cranial distortions. Anyone care to comment on Dr. Gerald H. Smith? I heard he is excellent and has a good reputation. I would love to hear any feedback that you guys might have.

P.S. Will face pulling make the open bite worse? My maxillae looks like it could come forward loads.

Thank you all,

Bee   ;D
